Hotel Pavilion

We were there for 1 night. The location is very good and easy to locate but rooms and rest rooms require lot of renovation as there was little dampness but they were clean. The mattresses were comfy and good so a really good value for money as we reached at 7 and after enjoying mall we were back at 11 so enjoyed good sleep. They were offering their standard room for 2500 bucks whereas we got 2 std rooms for Rs. 1780 through makemytrip. Indeed an excellent bargain!

I had to upgrade the room to super deluxe as the extra bed could not be accommodated in the room which I booked earlier .The room service rendered by the Hotel Pavilion was very good as they made it a point to ring up my room to take orders for meals/drinks. The only drawback in the Hotel Pavilion was that they did not accept any credit/debit cards as the machine was not working.

Lightning fast service, amazing view of landscape, friendly staff and clean premises. I booked 2 deluxe rooms but they gave me one standard which was very small but nevertheless they compensated it by their good service. Overall a good experience. For other travellers a caution note: it is on lower side of hill so climbing again and again can be exhaustive.

Overall good experience. The location was very good near to library taxi stand, the Hotel Pavilion has parking, staff was good, food was OK. The bathrooms might need new fittings. The view from the room in which we stayed is good. As we are in off season so rates were not that high so the stay was cheap and good.

The Hotel Pavilion was located at The Mall and easy to reach. The service was very good and menu prices were also very low. I got a kettle of tea for just Rs 20/-. Although the room and interior was not so good but still I wouldn't expect much for Rs 1100 a night. 5 Star for location, service and price!

Nice and comfortable stay with very good staff and owner behaviour... Situated in the middle of Mall road... Very easy to locate and convenient to move around.. Highly recommendable.. Just always book from makemytrip. Com as you will get good discounts.. As rack rate are higher on check-in..

It's a good property, located conveniently on the Mall road but still not in the crowded part... Stay experience was good, room opens to the valley view. But Room interiors need to be renovated & upgraded to make visitors come back. Overall, good service, excellent food and good staff...

It seems to be expensive as compared to the quality provided. At such a destination people like to relax and feel luxurious at the same time. Everything was in OK condition except for bathroom. Basic amenities should not be charged this high ... So its good

The Hotel Pavilion staff was cooperative and the food was awesome.

Awesome location if you will choose window option only and value for money. One most important thing if you will book deluxe or Executives rooms firstly you have check before check in Hotel Pavilion that is in same category that you have booked.

Nice service and nice experience with Hotel Pavilion nice hospitality. Food was nice. If anybody going Mussoorie, please stay in Hotel Pavilion pavilion. The whole staff was cooperative and good way of taking. All facilities are available in cheaper price.

Hotel pavilion is best Hotel Pavilion in Mussoorie... Location very best near. 8 km Ghandhickock. Service is also better.. Clean bathroom. Perfect room and money value... Parking facility is better and romantic place.

Heart of Mussoouri, easily accessible from bus stand. Good parking area. Parking can be a big problem but Hotel Pavilion has ample parking space. Courteous and helpful staff ready to serve. A good overall experience.

It was a great experience, please book hill area view room, everything is good but room service little bit Unattainable. It's very close to mall also. The parking facility is good, because roof top parking is also attached.

Rooms are ok and clean. Food was also ok. Nice location can have a nice evening walk near by. View from Hotel is wonderful. Quick room service and response. Good parking space but is in a slope so have to be a good driver. Close to library chowk.

Our experience had been awesome. Hotel room was spacious. Hotel staff are well maintained. Staff was helpful overall a good experience. When booked through MakeMyTrip got a wonderful discount against the original rates of the Hotel Pavilion

It was very good stay. Good location, view is very good from the top of the Hotel Pavilion. It is closer from the side of Gandhi Chowk. The staff is generally Good, but not very considerate to few things. Like erection etc.

Hotel is located on Mall road. Mountain view is excellent from there. Service and rooms were superb. Best experience. Parking is also available and that is good. Staff of this Hotel Pavilion is very cooperative.

I have stayed there with my gf.. Got everything better than we have thought.. Nice staff.. Delicious food... And very good Hotel Pavilion rooms.. . It's awesome better than any other Hotel Pavilion there nearby great location at centre of mall road.
