The property's location was kinda bad, could have been more specifically specified that the hotel is in such and interior side of streets, also the room should have been cleaned nicely The staff was respectful But again, the location and the overall cleanliness of the hotel should be improved. Also the Tv was not working

Very costly hotel and poor and delated services. Rooms are just fine but they charge a lot for them. Also the food is very costly and breakfast options are very limited too. Not recommended at all

coupleReaching the hotel was a bit tough but that goes for all the hotels located on the mall road. The view from the room was great, balcony offered a valley and mountain view and great spot to just relax. Staff is very helpful and courteous. They even provided us with a room for a bit to change and freshen up before our return bus. Although the room and dining table were a little dirty upon checkin, they got it cleaned up immediately after i brought this to their notice. Overall a great stay. They also have a rooftop cafe that offers fantastic view of the mountains.
