A Hotel Payal with excellent service and staff but with major shortcomings in amenities and facilities. Hot water issues, construction yet going on, uncleaned windows, non superior rooms have no views, etc. But staff go to great lengths to keep you happy which is the best part of the Hotel Payal at this point now.

The Hotel Payal staff is very helping, food was awesome and I demanded for early check-in since I came by morning 8:00 am, without any argument i got the room in 5 minutes. Room were very clean with full wooden work and restaurant was very beautiful. Awesome trip, will remember for long long time.

Just a night halt with my family, very comfortable with the Hotel Payal, room is good, location is good, and the owner is very polite, too cooperative , humble and very responsible ... Lot of Thanks to the owner mam, if she is not their, we could miss the train.... Thanks again and again,..

Good specious rooms with clear view of mountains. Staff is cooperative. The location is little away from main market. Service is good, food is excellent. The Hotel Payal is new and few rooms are under construction. Power back up is available. One of the better place to stay.

The Hotel Payal staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had peaceful stay. The location was also good, near the market, so we had no problem with communication. Will visit again

Rooms are more than average, but they are good with their service. And you will get either Puri sabji or bread omlet in breakfast .. Breakfast is not so good .. And you can not talk loud in The rooms as their are oldies near room ..
