Hotel Peace Inn Triplicane

The hotel is awesome. Best place to stay in Chennai. Room service is also excellent. The rooms are very clean. Nearby lot of places to see.

Services should be more satisfying.few Staffs were confused with wrong information

it was not a good stay. It's hard to find a hotel if you are new in the city. i didn't talk much with the staff but it seems good. The room was not good, the floor was sticky, the bathroom had spider webs. they didn't turn the light on of the floor when we checked in. the attendent was using his mobile's flash to open the door of your allocated room.

It was a good stay, cleanliness was good. Hotel staff was good. Only problem was that there was no food service, however upon asking the manager told me it was due to business reasons. Everything else was on point.

there is no restaurant and they don't even provide plates for having outside food that's the only thing I didn't like personally except everything was more than perfect

Rooms are very neat and large in size. Good room for a family stay. This is my second stay in this hotel.

This place is in a very congested location and with narrow approach roads. One has to rely on delivery agents for food as there are no restaurants run by the hotel. We did not find any good eating places nearby either hence managing food was a challenge specially when you are with family. Ttdc complex is close to this place.

Location is in main market. Locality is not good and hotel was not welcoming. It felt very dull at reception with no fan, ac etc, and he didn’t allow just early checkin instead asked for extra amount for that. Room was clean though, but lobby had cigarette smoke etc so we didn’t like that. No channels were working on tv, and toiletries were not proper, just soaps were given, not even a hand wash.
