Very good ambience and supportive staff. Love to visit here again and recommend to my friends when they will visit Haldwani.

We checked in at around 4 pm on 26th.The room had a reasonably good bed and the A/C was good. However the furniture was substandard. The bathroom was small and felt scared of slipping since the whole bathroom became wet after bath. I was unable to connect to wifi. Breakfast was in the room.

Room had stale air and no view. The property had in house kitchen but was sceptical to use it. The guest attendant were helpful.

It was a nice and memorable experience hotel was above the mark

the hotel booking was done for deluxe room whereas hotel provided room which was not similar.And the room was like lodge room all walls no window.We had to pay extra to hotel to take that room which was shown in the images.

Not as per expectations and room rent. In this rate we could enjoy a resort or villa. Breakfast no buffet only three four choices.

The best thing about the hotel was cleanliness. Reception, rooms, lift, washrooms absolutely clean. The location is also good, close to the market yrt not much noise. And the food was also very good and appropriately priced. Prompt service, helpful staff.

There was smell in the room. I asked for milk for child at 6:45 in the morning but they said before 7:30 not possible as their kitchen opens by 7 am.

Worst experience ever abusive staff they dont know how to treat an elderly couple my mother asked for water at the reception which they refused point blank i would rate this hotel -20 stars

Had comfortable stay in said hotel. Staff was well behaved and food quality was awesome. Roof top restaurant is excellent. Will visit again next time.

Hotel is near dr. Susheela Tiwari government hospital but tough to find the Hotel. Staff was good, service was good room and washroom were clean but the interconnected phone wasn't working. In breakfast, they provided juice, paratha, curd, everything was cold. I asked for Sambar, that was also cold, less variety In food so need to improve the in-house facilities.

Advantage of being in city with a great cool ambiance and food. But rooms are small according to prices.

I booked this hotel for four days but due to some official responsibilities have to check out next day, in this matter Mr. Shailendra helped me a lot and process and solved this issue.

The cleanliness of Hotel is good. Location is ok and staff is good.

As per the location very good hotel near to 2 kilometers of station. Customer service is also good and maintained hotel.
