Location was quite convenient and easy to find and that was probably the only good thing about this place. Rooms were really bad it had mold and mosquitoes. Food was average we had to return our dal as it tasted funky but they were kind enough to replace it with another.

Good service Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations.

Curtains are not well cleaned after the check in we asked to changed everything pillow cover bed sheet and blanket as well. Room wall is not cleaned and foul smell , Almirah is broke-able which is very uncomfortable .

Family trip. 2 rooms booked. As per image and description, Room 1 was supposed to be 120 sq ft and Room 2 as large 400 Sq ft. Large room was refused saying wrong display by MMT and it is only for direct booking. Simply cheating

Rooms are good. Bathroom is small. Food is decent for the price. Service could be little faster. Overall a nice stay.

It was a comfortable one day stay, the room was clean ,the shower had options for hot as well as cold water, all the amenities were provided, loved the infrastructure and the stay, also the staff was very cooperative.

Location is ok. Absolutely nil amenities. They even dont give proper towel and toiletries. Parked the car on road. For breakfast at 9.30 am in the morning no staff was there in Restaurant. Had to run around and somebody in reception table got a waiter cum cook cum cashier cum manager of restaurant to step in and then kitchen was opened. We got some stuff then after about an hour. Poor experience

Stay was overall good, location is very good, it's near railway station hardly 2 kms. Food was good however, room service is not very good.

The rooms are good but there is no soap/shampoo, towels, water bottles or basic amenities in the room. We've to ask for water bottles. Other than this the restaurant food was good and the staff was really helpful and good.

Hotel was good. But receptionist of evening shift was rude. He gave me wrong room in which ac was not working. Even after raising complaint he insisted me for staying in that room. Finally he changed it. I found the receptionist full of attitude. Another problem was, he didn't gave me the room key. Every-time i had to call hotel staff for opening the gate. In evening i complained to the receptionist about the same, he gave me wrong key which was not working and then again i had to call staff member for opening door with master key. How can someone be so rude and arrogant. Visitors are not supposed to call staff member every-time for opening the door. It was like if you are out of room, you have to call someone to open the door. Otherwise hotel was good, near and clean, location is good

Hotel infrastructure is good. Room service needs to be improved. Front staff need to be professional.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and lazy. I request for a room freshner because room smell, i will wait half an hour for room freshner with thrice times request. I went there and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere. There are not water bottle in rooms. Shower not working properly. Food is good but didn't gave any chutney auro pickle. I didn't stay there for their poor service and leave the hotel in just 5 hours. Totally waste of money. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me, dont go with this place.

The rooms were good however, the service from staff including receptionist was pathetic. Will not recommended anyone to make the booking here the staffs including receptionist lack etiquettes, are very slow
