Arrogance of receptionist not handing over room key

Hotel was good. But receptionist of evening shift was rude. He gave me wrong room in which ac was not working. Even after raising complaint he insisted me for staying in that room. Finally he changed it. I found the receptionist full of attitude. Another problem was, he didn't gave me the room key. Every-time i had to call Hotel Pearl Marc staff for opening the gate. In evening i complained to the receptionist about the same, he gave me wrong key which was not working and then again i had to call staff member for opening door with master key. How can someone be so rude and arrogant. Visitors are not supposed to call staff member every-time for opening the door. It was like if you are out of room, you have to call someone to open the door. Otherwise Hotel Pearl Marc was good, near and clean, location is good

I have check-in at around 6 pm. They have ample time to check and clean the rooms but they didn't. Although it was a good experience overall. Still some reviews on specific areas are food: tasty with good quality, but slightly smaller portions. Staff: polite and helpful in their behavior. Amenities: geyser had issues, ac and lighting were good. Hygiene: room cleanliness could be improved; they changed bedsheets upon request. Tables and cupboards were not thoroughly clean. Suggestion: the Hotel Pearl Marc should ensure room readiness before guest arrival. Overall: a pleasant experience overall. Convenient location with many nearby outlets (pizza hut, domino's, small cafes, and showrooms.
