Hotel Pearl plaza @ New Delhi Railway Station

very bad experience, when I reach hotel and see the room for checking hotel demand extra money for checking room.when i deny to extra payment hotel staff pressed to me for checking in bad room in his hotel. and when I want to cancel the booking got this booking not cancilable or fund not refundable.so that situations I paid extra 500 to hotel for check in room. but after that also I get bad experience to stay there. service is very poor in the room and breakfast is also not satisfied condition.my whole life this a bad experience to booking this hotel.

We did not get proper ventilated rooms. AC was not working properly. Room service was very slow. Location is good near New Delhi Railway station

Worst place ever , poor room service , late food provided, improper response, dont take the cabs from the hotel it is soo costlier , food also not so good , they are not providing proper water and other requirements for bathing soap shampoo and dental kit.. Asking a higher price for everything, they are turning off the AC and heater and not turning on even on repeated calls. The telecom provided is not working,remote not working... So on totally the worst hotel to stay

Hotel is very valuable with affordable prices. All staffs are friendly. Moreover hotel is in good location.

The hotel was clean while check-in but there is no room cleaning service then after so disappointment about the service

Location was fine but first time it was bit difficult to find. Overall stay was comfortable enjoyed

Poor experience. Unhygienic rooms. Bad quality food. Staff behaviour was disgusting. I travelled with my aged parents and we asked them for hot water as their was gyser in our room but they switched off the gyser from the main connection point telling if you want hot water contact the owner of the hotel. There was no remote available for the AC the hotel staff was managing it my switching it on when we asked the and close it on their own. The food they serve was way to expensive.

Rooms are very Bad, I book family Room but they give me very small room, The room is not clean. Bad sheet & towels are very dirty they have lots of very dirty spots. Behavior of front office man is also roude. He is not helpful. Then they change the room by taking 1000/- Rs extra

Tv set top box was not recharged. So tv not worked. Bathroom toilet jet was broCken. At reception taken more than 20 minuts to give room. Service boy said that he will get set top box from another room but he did not came back.

Behavior of hotlier is not too good as per professional require. I am not really fecal well because of bad behavior and there is not lift in use to in hotel going up and down is very tried experience. I neve ever stay at this hotel. Agen

The hotel staff is good in behaviour. The location of hotel is near to are. K. Ashram metro station. Heater of hotel is working good. Food is good in taste. Whole experience is Good and the cost of hotel booked from MMT is good. Just the thing I don't like about it that checked in time is 12:00pm, Soo I have to wait for 3 and half hour to go into my room. Kindly make check-in time 8 or 9 in morning, soo that nobody have to wait for this long

We booked a room for 3 Adults when we reached the hotel on the first day. The room was not available, they offered us a 2 bed room. It was quite difficult to argue with them. The rooms were not that clean and tidy as shown in the pics. The area is too crowded. Not suitable for a relaxing trip.

The room was not up to mark as shown in pictures. It was unhygienic . . I have opted for the breakfast option and also paid for it in advance and a day before requested in call that I am fasting so kindly arrange breakfast accordingly But they didn't even bothered and I have to left the hotel without meal The hotel was also not hygienic

Really bad stay. They charged me for early check-in but they didn't gave me any receipt for that. No service, no cleanliness. At the time of checkout they didn't gave me the bill for stay . Really bad experience don't ever try this hotel booking.

Good hotel to stay . Location is only good . Tv was not in working condition . Room. Was also not too clean. Need a lot of improvement . Staff was good but jio network is not available in hotel it's a big problem.

Location is not excellent ,. Rooms are good ,. Staff are sported after giving money. There is a lot off adventure in room but hotel staff are sported. Hotel is not popular to any one we want to clarify to hotel address

An average hotel, they gave room on the third floor and there's no lift, am take my luggage and walk whole steps, no tv connection no exhaust fan in the bathroom,

Workers are polite but lazy, room service is not, I order things many time but did not come on time, house keeping was very poor, workers was not punctual, food was below average but the person on reception was good and very polite.
