Pegaam is just at a distance of 5 min from Amritsar railway station. The Golden Temple and Jallianwala Baug are at 15 min distance by vehicle. The hotel pegaam and rooms are very well cleaned. The hotel pegaam also provides taxi services to Wagah border with safety and security. The hotel pegaam also provided me with a pick and drop facility to railway station. The best thing is the hotel pegaam staff's polite and friendly behaviour with best services that makes and an excellent stay at Pegaam.

Hotel Pegaam is located near Railway Station. We booked a family room. The size of the room is too small for a family. Bathroom is also very small. The hotel pegaam does not have any restaurant but they procure food from nearby restaurant for room delivery. The management staff is polite and helpful. This is not value for money.

Great service, good rooms, comfortable stay. The room quality is good. The rooms are clean and the location is average. Staff is helpful and service is very great very comfortable stay. But elevator is no still installed. Overall great hotel pegaam.

Overall experience was good. Far from the Darbar Sahib. Food is average. Staff is always there whenever require. As the buffet hall is still under construction the breakfast is served in the bedroom. The choice is also less but the food is average.

Room was very good, staff were very supportive, facilities available were good, it was a nice and pleasure trip to stay at the hotel pegaam, food was very good, the only problem was its location from golden temple

Service and hospitality were very poor. Water and glass timbers were not even provided and have to ask for it. Daily cleaning of room and linen were not done. Hot water was not coming in the morning.

Overall Hotel is good but front manager is not cooperative for the customer when I check in he suddenly ask for money he does not give time to go to room. But Hotel rooms are very good

The Hotel was very peaceful and clean. Hotel staff was very welcoming and was always there to guide us in our trip.

All staffs were very good, specially receptionist.
