HOTEL PEPPER

Basis facility and other basis things are not up to the mark.

I booked delux room but room was ordinary mattresses spring out from the cover one springs sharp edge pinch in my thigh and bedsheet is dirty and blanket also dirty. Food was ok ok

Location is good. Staff was polite. Neat and clean Room and bathroom. Excellet qifi service . Good was couple, family or solo stay !

Good experience, the staff is so humble and helpful, food facilitates is good , great deal with this amount

Food is not good, service is very poor, my breakfast is included in room rent but they said you can not choose the items only one item u can order. In other hotels you have options to choose items very bad experience

Nice looking & location was good to go, staff was quiet and helpful, good service for food and baggage or any quarry. Food is so good tase was yum and fresh.

I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with my recent stay at hotel pepper. I had a truly great experience and would like to highlight a few aspects that stood out to me. Firstly, the room i stayed in was excellent. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided me with a pleasant environment throughout my stay. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast offered was of high quality. Moreover, i found the location of hotel to be very convenient. It is situated in the heart of the market, making it easily accessible. Additionally, being in close proximity to town park, it is an ideal choice for those who enjoy morning walks.

Clean hotel with good amenities

It was good but one issue was there ie electricity was going every half n hour in the night so it was disturbing for our sleep. Otherwise food was good. Place is located in the market so good location.

The stay started with noticing torn and dirty bedsheet, no availability for twin bed room( which was actually build, room size was too small for 2 person stay. No dinning table, almirah was full of hotels stuff so it was not available to be used, breakfast quantity was limited as well (only 1 prantha served with tea) even water bottle was not complementary, too much frequent power cuts were also there. Hotel staff was good and supportive. Overall nowhere close to rs3049 room it should have been priced at 2000 max for 2 person.

Ac was not working. Not happy

the overall quality of stay was not at par with what amount is charged. it was not better i paid approx. rs 450 for adding breakfast. and i was only offered 1 parantha and a cup of tea in the name of breakfast. that is it
