We stayed in a river front room. The view was nice but the balcony smelled like smoke. We were three adults and a thirteen year old. MakeMyTrip assigned dorm room for one of the adults even though we could all fit with extra bed and I asked for one room. Be careful while booking for a big group. Dorm room is shared with other people.

Nice Hotel Periyaar, near to Airport .. Food is also good. Hospitality from staff is nice. Specially Hotel Periyaar is near to all prime locations in Kochi. From airport hardly it took 15 min and price compare to other Hotel Periyaars near airport are cheap.

I was looking for a place nearby the airport that is inexpensive. Hotel Periyar was the perfect place for that. I stayed in the dorm. It had everything you needed. The receptionist is also really helpful. Also the bus to the airport stops just 500m away.

Clean rooms. Break fast is OK not that good. Stayed there for one day but good service. But lift is old need upgrade. Lake side restaurant is good to sit and take food watching Lake. It's nice feeling. Food taste should improve.
