The room wasn’t up to the mark as the beds were not that comfortable, the washroom had broken seat and also the jet spray was broken and there wasn’t proper ventilation inside, also had to call up the reception again and again to get hot water in the early morning. Even after mentioning I needed early check in they charged extra amount. Need to improve the hospitality.

Thanks you so much for appreciating the behavior of staff. Since you chose the economy room the bathroom was small. In Luxury room bathroom is comperivetly bigger. Dentil kit is on demand. We apology if you found the room to be dirty. Next time we will make sure the room is all clean looking forward to having to again.

unhygienic room, the sheets had stains all over we didn't even get a clean room in the first place- from the floor to the tables everything was covered in dust. curtains, pillows and cushions looked like they hadn't been washed in years. the room service and kitchen staff didn't speak neither hindi or english had a difficult time communicating with them. will not recommend staying here a very bad experience over all.
