Hotel Piccadily

I booked Piccadily Resort, The Mall at Manali. Hotel Piccadily is ideally located, in the heart of Manali city with picturesque backdrop of snow covered mountains and greenery of pines. In the front a good parking space with Piccadily Cinema in the side adds in the front look of Hotel Piccadily. When we reached in porch area, we were immediately helped by staff in unloading the baggage and at reception also a swift and warm reception we received. We checked in with all courtesy. Ambience of reception and lobby area is quit artistic. We checked-in in two deluxe rooms (as per our booking). Rooms were quite spacious and with elegant interior. Inside was quite cozy and comfortable. Our package included morning breakfast and evening dinner. I approached persons on reception and requested to include bed tea also in the package and they generously extended their courtesy. Morning breakfast and evening dinner had a good menu. Food was excellent and quantity was more than sufficient. Only limitation was options in desert. Only vanilla or strawberry ice creams were in offer. One day they served rasgulla but this also was not of good quality. I had also taken travel desk services for rafting and taxi booking. This service I also found satisfactory. However this Hotel Piccadily needs some maintenance more specifically in bathrooms. Some of the bathroom fittings are malfunctioning as well as electrical fittings also need repair and maintenance. In overall I and my family had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hotel Piccadily, Manali.

The best thing was you get what is shown to you. The picture of the room which the Hotel Piccadily had put was exactly the same as the room was, though at the time we went to the Hotel Piccadily it was undergoing repairs but still there was no effect of that on the Hotel Piccadily service or rooms. The service was excellent and even at 12 in the night the things were delivered promptly. The rooms were well maintained and any problem regarding the rooms were corrected/repaired immediately without any delay. I had actually gone for my honeymoon and there was no disturbance. The Hotel Piccadily is hardly 300mtr from the main market ant you can just walk down after doing shopping. The travel desk also assists you by asking you everyday for your plans, as I had taken my own vehicle so travelling was done on my own. The theatre is located adjacent to the Hotel Piccadily and you and just walk into your room after late night show. The Hotel Piccadily also provides an option of upgrading the package if so desired. Good Hotel Piccadily, good service and staff.

Hotel was all good the staff was helpful but services not worth a four star taking Rs. 5000 per day. The Hotel Piccadily should improve its condition and itÂ’s off season prices as at that time it canÂ’t offer the luxury available otherwise. Also the washroom should be more equipped like bath salts, a good tap etc. In room no 203 where I stayed the washroom tap used to leak for around half hour after filling the tub. The Hotel Piccadily should have its own cable connection. All these things and a lot more are mandatory and should be catered by the Hotel Piccadily.

Average Hotel The location was very near to the Mall, 5 min walking distance. Rooms at the backside overlooked the mountains. Rooms were spacious and clean but things were bit old. The blower was not working. It was reluctantly changed after we called the staff twice. There was centralized heating but for very limited time. Flush button was too hard to press. Hot water came after waiting for almost 6 to 7 minutes every time. Stay was good but a bit overrated for the service.

We were on our way to Leh that's when we took a stop for a night in Manali. It was peak season so we were looking for a decent Hotel Piccadily right near the mall or Volvo station. This full fill both, hygiene could have been better, need maintenance taps were broken, the pool wasn't clean. We waited for 45 min for our food in the restaurant and paid well for a basic lunch for 6 people. Property is big and green. And the best part is proximity.

I like it so much. By the way Hotel Piccadily booking is confirmed by makemytrip. Com and I paid 3100 rs I don't know why the guy in reception said that : sorry sir you suppose to pay 3700 rs so you have to give me 600 rs more. During half an hour I tried convince him about he has no right to claim more money from me for the Hotel Piccadily which booking was confirmed by makemytrip. Com. I didn't make extra payment.

Stay at piccadily was good.. the food was amazing… hospitality was awesome….jz a drawback which was being complained by everyone- maintenance of the property was not in great hands… we use their gym but it was not in good shape…another problem was that since manali majorly displays cold weather , a kettle with tea bags and coffee would be great…it is now almost available at every Hotel Piccadily…

The location of the Hotel Piccadily was good and there was no difficulty in finding the Hotel Piccadily. The appearance of the Hotel Piccadily was good and receptionist was good in response. The staff members at the Hotel Piccadily were very good and helpful too. The room provided to me was good with all the required amenities. There was no delay during check in and check out process.

I really enjoy the stay. Room are very good. I refer to all for this Hotel Piccadily.

Overall good but not as expected, service was not too good, not value for money, did not mach like others Piccadilly. Food quality was average, service was not match any other Piccadilly, over all experience was average.

Hotel facilities is excellent service is excellent.

The Hotel Piccadily was very beautiful. You get almost all the essentials. The best part was the room balcony. I just loved to stay here.

My room and location very pretty cozy. The market is situated very close to the Hotel Piccadily and the ambiance is very good. The food is kind of okay. The wi-fi is not working in the room. They have a travel desk to help you sort out your tour.
