it was really nice as a hotel. the ambience was pretty good. The service was also good. allowed to bring in food and pretty good underground parking space

Location is good I have booked complementary breakfast but there is nothing in breakfast except aloo paratha Regarding room I want to say that whole night the AC is out of order & no support from the hotel side. Room is also very small & unhinged

Difficult to locate it’s not a hotel they Purches 4 shops in a mall nd convert it into few rooms no window no ventilation, though staff ( 3 - 4 ) was good , money value nahi hai

Had to change rooms 3 times in 2 days due to condition of rooms. However staff were cooperative and helped in providing alternative arrangements.

the rooms were good but there was no water for more than 20 hours,we used water bottles in bathroom too,their service was good and there was no fault of the hotel though as the water cut was from the mall in which the hotel exists.

The stay was nice. The staff is really polite and does listen to you. But need improvement on services available. A three star hotel should provide certain amenities without asking. You need to communicate repeatedly to get the things done. The location where it is situated, has everything around you, which makes it a good choice. The breakfast can be provided as complementary.

It's a good option for business travel of a day or two. Situated in trip mall, nearby few options for good food. Checked in very late @2am, still didn't face any issue or displeasure from the staff which is very rare nowadays. 20 mins distance from ah d railway stn.

New property, rooms are neat and clean, new staff can be trained as per hotel standards to have a more memorable experience for the guest. In room breakfast is average in taste.

Everything was great, the staff, the room and timely service. The location is also good, in the centre of the mall with all the amenities nearby.

Property is new but no facility provided, no good breakfast available, when we asked iron there is no iron in hotel so i feel not good due to food non availability and other things missing

The hotel and rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very good and the service of the staff is very good

Location is good but services n food was zero. No cleaning system, no water bottle, whatever u ask for. Evening was after 10-15 minutes. I thought they were beginner without any professional training.
