- No Safe Hotel - Not Safe For Female Staff are following With wrong intention - Other People distrusting us till 3 Am (Drunk and Louder Fight)

Hotel room is good and behaviour of staff is also good. Food quality is also average to good. Location is 3 km awah from station.

Room cleaning was not done well. They mentioned that they are providing drop facilities to the railway station and bus stand, but nothing like that happened. The interior of the room is old, and the blanket is of very poor quality.

it was so terrible staying at pink pearl… i have booked room for two adults and after reaching to the hotel they haven’t allowed two of us at the same room..its all waste of money the service is not at all good…staffs are soo rude and bad over all its a terrible experience for me

Very poor service, door lock nahi hota, bathroom slipper me 4 baa r girte girte bacha hu. Socket me mobile recharge nahi hota. 10 se jyada issues hai. Never recommend to anyone.

It was a good stay. Only issue i came across was whenever housekeeper came for service, he was trying his own to open the door. I think nobody from hotel informed him about privacy. He should have knock or ring the bell before coming inside

Good behaviour in your staff, hotel room is good, services is good, meals are very tasty, hotel is need and lean.

Moderate hotel, food quality good, long distance from railway station, house keeping service good.

No cleanness, bad service, overall experience was bad. Even no they have no parking space for cars and bikes.

We reached around 3 am. There was no one to attand. Soem one came after knocking door for 7-8 mins. And he was literally disinterested in doing the checking process. We felt very unwelcome. Room was not good at all. Ac was making too much noise. Floor were damaged. No ventilaton in room or washroom.

It was bad experience, dirty bad sheet also breakfast was inhygenic found coackroach in food. I was like 1 star hotel

Food quality is good but maintenance not done properly and sometimes should be added as common like in room ketley for coffee and tea

Don't provide a kettle and safe as it's mentioned at the time of booking.

Room service is too much poor. No non veg food available where as it is shown in menu card. Complementary breakfast has only very few options.

Rooms not well maintained. Dental kit and shaving kit not part of the deal. Only electrical sockets in working condition. Water heating facility for bathing not working as desired. Restuarant cleanliness not good

Services are very bad, i need to clean the room and call the same to 8 pm housekeeping even after 4 reminders they didn't come. No face cream and comb are available in winter after asking they told the customer that would arrange for itself hotel not to provide both items room hygiene does not have a maintained smoke smell around the whole room tv is not in use due to dth recharge not being done by the hotel geyser is not working in winter

At this budget it is a very good hotel, staff service is good, hygienic, good aroma when i enter the room, toilet is properly sanitized, love pick and dropped service
