Great rooms great service provision of mini bar in room for snacks is quite helpful the location is in a residential sector so there are no shops or restaurants from where you can buy items or food rooms are clean smart tv in room is great for entertainment access to the reception can be improved for people who are physically challenged or have heavy luggage. Rest everything was great worth the money near to sector 18 metro station/atta market

The service, food and amenities are good. The staff is cooperating and food is really good. In a first look room looks good but then you start realizing the lack of attention to detail by the cleaning staff, the getting soap out of soap dispenser is another challenge, the cupboard handle is good till you dont open it. The side table glass is a game in its own, it keeps rotating, might fall down and break.

Staff are very responsible and polite. Room was very proper maintain and clean. Room service also good. We noted minor issue of toilet maintaines. All over p. K regency is a good stay place. They take care all things of guests. I am satisfied.

Hotel property location is good and the old property. My stay was good & comfortable. The staff cooperative. Food is average. Restaurant is there

The overall stay was good but breakfast should be complementary for the guest & snacks provided in the room should be of nominal rate.

Nice clean room and had a nice stay. It was silent n calm place. All the rooms were clean and the ac was very effective.

It is some difficulty to find location of Hotel PK Residency due to google not finding correct location as well by o la
