Hotel PK Residency

As with corporate stays, they are clean, well located with good food and safety standards. However there are some nitty gritty stuff which makes my rating a somewhat 3. 8/5. The rooms was clean however the toilet was a low standard. If you want something better you may go something above the basic room. The ac/fan was working fine with the lights. The furniture was mediocre and somewhat clean. The tv is a basic android tv. The kettle and some of their dishes are dirty indicates that they have been running for sometime but they haven’t changed or refurbished the kitchen stuff. The food was good and fresh

Everything was good but one thing I could not understand is that why your guard does not allow a guest to directly user lift of first floor which is basically ground floor of Hotel. After a tiring day when we came back, the guard forced us to go to basement were your reception is. If this is the case then you should keep that door locked otherwise allow your guests to use it because we have to use the stairs unnecessarily.

I stayed for a night and had made similar stays on number of earlier occasions. The Hotel PK Residency location and facilities and room services are quite satisfactory. From entrance at road level to reception desk / lift facilities needs improvement. It is inconvenient for senior citizens like us.

With the location around, close to the metro station, it was a pleasing experience. Hospitality was good, behaviour of the staff was decent and well behaved. Inhouse restaurant had a good variety of food with good standards of hygiene. Perfect for its budget. Recommended stay.

Room was decent and house keeping was good. We didn't take food. As per services, the price is decent, will recommend to anyone for an affordable good stay. The location is also in the main area of noida, places like sector 18, dlf, bhramhaputra market are within 1-2 km range.

Overall experience was ok, we booked two premium rooms and one of them had some maintenance issues in the bathroom like broken flush lever, broken toilet paper holder. The rooms are quite spacious and well furnished and the food was also good

I enjoyed the stay at Hotel PK Residency the staff was very kind and polite. The only thing went into my nerves was that i didn't get an early check-in and was waiting in the waiting area for about 2 hours. Apart from that no complaints.

Ac remote is not working, television remote not working instead of single metres Hotel PK Residency has put 2 metres on queen size bed, ist first time i am facing this problem after changing 2 rooms, power point are damaged etc etc

It is good cleaning fooding but not food in compulsory i don’t know why but it is good Hotel PK Residency we stay in cheapest rate

I always stayed in this Hotel PK Residency when i come in noida. Everytime i satisfied. The service is too good and staff behave is very decent.

Should be focused on more cleanliness. Hotel rooms become old. Acs are not working properly. Food is nice. Staff is well responsive.
