Hotel Planet Landmark

The location was good but the food was very bad and room cleaning as well was not good. Also the behaviour of the hotel staff was not proper towards me.

Old rooms. Tap not working properly. Rude staff. Not even accepting masked aadhar id copies. No help to move luggage to room or back. Absolutely unpleasant experience. Felt it was not worth the rentals levy-ed

I found this property on make my trip website, food quality is good and food is tasty too, staff is active and helpful.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. When asked for receipt for stay or bill, they denied to provide any document. Only upon insistence from mm t customer care, they provided receipt

Horrible experience! shower stopped working in between. Towels had stains. Hotel is poorly maintained.

All the staff was very good, especially managers. They really help us a lot in the hour of need. They even provided their personal car along with the driver, and the driver was also very cooperative. God bless them all.

Being a business traveller, need good wifi connectivity throughout and expected to get good wifi in the hotel while booking. Unfortunately could not get wifi connectivity after repeated follow ups and i could barely understand the issue shifted to other place as was continuing my stay in the city. Horrible experience

It was my first trip to the business city. Landmark is really been as in its name only. Good ambience, co- operative staff, very good food. Overall stay was as good as away home from my home. Keep it up, the good hospitality 'team landmark. Only one suggestion- add more services to enhance overall experience.

The hotel was wonderful and we knew the staff personally. It was spotless and affordable would recommend. Food is wonderful. However if you are like me and you need good internet and running hot water as a necessity, i would say make your requirements clear with this one. The staff always tries their best to take good care of me and i am so very grateful but whoever is the management, please make the appropriate investments here.

The location is great, the maintenance is great, the staff is very helpful. In general it's a great place to stay, well connected to the city. The restaurant serves great food too!

Not well maintained.. bathrooms are stinky.. flush not working properly.. lights not working.. not pleasant..,food quality pathetic..
