No water no cleanliness worst service. Property is very old bathroom neatness not there don’t recommend this property

Hotel staff supporting. Fast service. Water problem, not received proper Heat water. Hotel in the middle of the city.

My stay experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, no room was allotted on time. The first room’s door lock wasn’t working, and the second one was still used by previous guests and not cleaned at all. Later, they gave me another room that was also dirty — the bed sheet wasn’t changed, the AC didn’t work, and there was dust and garbage left behind. Such poor maintenance and service are unacceptable. I sincerely request MakeMyTrip to review and consider removing this property from your listings to prevent inconvenience to future guests.

No AC working, Very third class service. No complementary food / breakfast provided even after charging the same.

Overall reasonable hotel at affordable price in peak season. Infrastructure could be more better that what right now.

I found this property online due to heavy travel season. Overall hotel it’s good but service it’s not much good. Even when you payed for everything in advance you have to ask for it. Like water, food, bed, cleaning everything!

for location it's a disaster . a very narrow lane to reach at property very dirty & smelly area garbage dump in lane . no food at this property , even basic services not available in property like bath towel, soap etc . not like a professional person from the hospitality & service industry . my experience for this is the worst in my life .

I booked the hotel platinum, check-in time was 12 noon, i requested one hour early check-in when I reached there they denied to give room early, i waited for 1.5 hour it was 12:30 noon but still room was not ready, The hotel staff had to be told everything, towels shop shampoo, tv was not working, ac air-flaper was broken, it was horrible experience

Dear makemy trip team this hotel is totally wrong way to treat and no any facility provided by them. Not provided showerkit not even shop and shampoo. Very dirty bed and blanket are provided. Also ac is not in working condition. Hot water was not in tap of bathroom. And also yellowish water in tap for bath which is not take in bath. Why such a good travel-ling agency like you, is authorised like this hotel.

i can’t believe i stayed at this horrible excuse for a hotel! i was there for just 24 hours, and it was an absolute nightmare. first off, the bedding was disgusting — it was clearly used, dirty, and covered in stains. how can they even let that happen? the bathroom was no better, not even remotely cleaned! the taps were broken, and water was leaking everywhere. i contacted the staff, and they were so slow to respond. when they finally did, they replaced the bedding with more dirty sheets. are you kidding me?! i expected at least basic cleanliness and proper maintenance, but this place couldn’t even get that right. do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. it’s a total rip-off. spend your money elsewhere!

The rooms condition was pathetic. Toilets were unclean. Bedsheets were not washed. Water was not provided without asking. Tv was available only in 1 room out of 2 but without cable facility. Overall scary experience

There was a problem in lights of bathroom and room. And there was no television in the room, they said"their guest broke the television, in both the rooms i booked, there was no television, and the service was late. I asked for extra bed, they brought bed after 30-40 mins. They just ignore the things i said after going reception, because the telephone was also not working. Thats why we dont enjoy our stay. I just checked out of the room, so i cant add images

Very good quality very good service all staff very good cleaning

This hotel is a very good hote, they have good and clean rooms and staff is also very friendly. We asked for early checkin of 3-4 hours and they have us happily without asking anything. There is a nearby market that you can roam around and hotel is located in prime location
