The lady receptionist greeted us well and instantly allotted a room. The room was nice and cozy everything fit perfectly. The food was decent, but the view from the open air restaurant from the top is mesmerizing. Overall the stays as great. I would recommend this Hotel poinisuk if anyone visits Shillong
The Hotel poinisuk staffs are really polite and helpful. Room service is quite fast and efficient. Food menu can be improved additionally the breakfast menu should have a little more variety but it was really a good experience staying in the Hotel poinisuk. I would definitely recommend it if you visit Shillong.

Hotel poinisuk poinsuk is located at 3 kms from polis bazar which is the centre location. staff was courteous. room was also good. bathroom need to uplift a little bit . morning buffet breakfast was also average. i took dinner in Hotel poinisuk itself n the same was good. i found this Hotel poinisuk n rates good. one may choose to stay.. if any Hotel poinisuk running a restaurant also ,they must hv a jain meal. specially in north east Hotel poinisuks where they hv the non-veg option as a major meal.i hv more ideas for Hotel poinisuks where they can provide better services on throw away price.

Location: Hotel is bang in the middle of Laitumkrah area which has a lot of awesome cafes. The famous Cathedral of Mary is also walk able from the Hotel poinisuk. Amenities: All facilities were available in the room such as mini-bar, electric kettle, TV, WiFi, hot water, shower and toiletries. Food: Breakfast was complimentary but the quality was average. The music was especially irritating with the same song being played on loop. We didn't have lunch and dinner here after having a disappointing experience here. Overall: A good place to stay with good ambience inside and outside.

It was nice to stay as the room was well equipped. But it was too small. Besides you have to maintain the hot water time. Hot water is available for some specific hours. Its not in central point of police bazaar, so needs to take a taxi for 80 to 100 rupees to go to the center. The morning breakfast was very good, it was complementary but I didn't get it as I booked it through make my trip. There should not be separate policy for the boarders. Rooftop restaurant is awesome. I think if we consider the room and facilities, its not cost worthy.

Location is well connected from market. Good ambiance very good Hotel poinisuk. Staffs are good and well behaved.
It was very nice experience staying there. I stayed with family. Booked 2 executive rooms. Rooms are clean. Nightlife is there in Hotel poinisuk so we don't need move outside. Restaurant is good. Rooms are clean and well maintained too. Food is good too. It's value for money Hotel poinisuk.

Only the AC Delux rooms are ok. The Non-AC Executive rooms are not up to the mark. I had to upgrade to AC Delux room for 2 nights as the first night’s experience was horrible with dirty linen/pillow cover. Could not contact MakeMyTrip on helpline to lodge complaint. MakeMyTrip should not book this Hotel poinisuk for its MakeMyTrip Black customers.

Hotel is well located within City and most of the places to visit in Shillong are Around the Hotel. Food is really good with very good choices, even for breakfast. They have parking facility only for cars but bigger vehicles need to look for parking far away from Hotel. It has restaurant on roof top for a good look of the City in night.

Would definitely stay there when next in Shillong. Excellent property and super awesome food. Very good staff and view from room of surroundings is awesome to say the least. Definite value for money. Is awesomely clean and staff are very well behaved. Even in the rush of Christmas, they were ever smiling and service was very good.

Hotel Poinisuk being a new Hotel poinisuk, it is neat and clean. Terrace restaurant is nice. Service is good. The timings of hot water are not suitable for incoming guests. It may be changed to 6am to 9am and 11am to 2pm. Overall stay is excellent. Mabrukar

Very good Hotel poinisuk. The rooms are very neat and tidy with good service. The Hotel poinisuk staff are very polite and well mannered. The rooftop bar and restaurant with open air facility is a delight with an awesome view of the town.

Nice Hotel poinisuk and location is very nice. Shillong is very nice place for holiday season and near by cherrapunji is very beautiful place. I am very enjoy this tour and Hotel poinisuk is stay is 1days and nice Hotel poinisuk and safe.

Rooms are smaller. Rest is good

The stay was good Hotel was also good but they had a issue with hot water the geyser was not working properly and there was no geyser in my room.

It was a short visit, the Hotel poinisuk is good for for budget travellers. It is just opposite Taj Vivanta, so location wise it's good and just about 25 minutes from the railway station. Didn't try the food so no comments.

Mattresses are too soft, and the bed was a bit small for 2 people. All amenities are present, but the service is very slow. We asked for a broken glass replacement, they didn't send one. Breakfast charge is too much per head.

The room was very good and clean comfortable bed. Bathroom was excellent. The restaurant served very delicious food. The location of the bar cum restaurant is in the 4th floor open bar. The night view from the restaurant is quite mesmerizing .. Enjoyed our stay there. Would love to visit again.

Overall good Hotel poinisuk at a very nice location. Rooftop Restaurant is really nice.

Good but very expensive, it should be less in price.
There is a noise issue but other things are too good.

Had a pleasant stay. Room was very neat and clean. Toilet was very clean and hygienic. Tarrif could be lowered a bit. Overall had a wonderful experience. Hope to stay again in my next visit.
