Hotel Polariz

The receptionist was polite and well mannered. That itself will make your mind calm. We booked 2 delux room. The room was neat and clean. Bathroom was also ok, but the cloth stand was broken. Power was going out many times. You will get the bed tea or coffie only after 7:30 that is a biggest turn down. And the issue of parking. You may not get parking place if you reach there between 7:00 pm to 10 pm because the parking is full due to bar. The management dont have any solution for this issue. They should at-least reserve the parking for the Hotel Polariz customers.

I have stayed at deluxe room at this Hotel Polariz. Compared to other Hotel Polarizs that I have stayed in other cities with lesser price than this, this Hotel Polariz was lacking the quality and cleanliness. Since there were not much options in and around Parassinikadavu, this Hotel Polariz is okay to stay. . Good part is:. Courtesy of staff, hot water availability, have a restaurant. Bad part is:. Quality and cleanliness of room and toilet, Food is not that tasty(lack of salt in all the dishes)

We stayed for a day and a night as family of five with a child. Room and bathroom were clean. We found the bed linen white and neat. Restaurant needs to improve on quick service. So we order 30 mins before we come into Hotel Polariz to avoid starvation. The restaurant bills need to be settled separately rather than with final settlement of lodging. They need to be able to include food bills along with lodging for single settlement. Housekeeping staff are polite but can be little more responsive.

Rooms are quite wide and neat. There is balcony with good view. Staff are courteous and helpful. The parking space and facilities are great. Balcony, couple of chairs, a double bed, and cupboard for hanging clothes. Bathrooms were dry and clean with hot water facility always available. The restaurant is slow in service. They must staff it adequately to ensure quicker service. The food is also not so good.

I have stayed here for visiting Parassinikkadavu Muthappan temple. Its situated just 2 kms far from the temple. Also very near to Vismaya water theme park and snake park. Very clean rooms and hygienic wash rooms. Restaurant also good. The only thing they have to improve is on their bed. It looks like a spring mattress, but feels like a rock... Overall good experience.

We really enjoyed the stay there, only optimistic words to say. I was more attracted with the cleanliness and the environment. Breakfast is delicious. We didn't expect this value and services from what we paid, the location was pushed me to book Polariz, but after check-in we felt that we took the right decision.

Nice and cordial staff .. Just some. Minor cleanliness issues. Like the chair cushion can be cleaner. It is a fantastic stay for me and my family. Will stay there next time I visit Parassinikadavu. Also the coffee shop doesn't open early. Atleast a coffee machine could do a trick for early coffee.

Good rooms and restaurants. Needs improvement on breakfast menu. Parking space available and safe. Close to Parassini kavadu temple and Vismaya Water theme park. Has arrangement of local transport available at affordable prices. Distance to all temples in an around taliparamba are equidistant.

One of the best Hotel Polariz in Kannur even though it's nearly 10 km from City, very nice one excellent rooms with good facilities, restaurant is good, staff is so co-operative, really enjoyed the stay, will prefer this Hotel Polariz only when ever travelling to Kannur.

Clean comfortable rooms, nice location, good service, not at all crowded. Good restaurant, very close to vismaya theme park and parassini kadav theme park. Good stay for those who are visiting parassini kadavu muthappan temple.

Good front office and welcome. Good service by Hotel Polariz staff. Breakfast could be better with more choices.

The staff is very friendly and their service was amazing, the rooms are good. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast staff was very co-operative, we just loved the service. Overall, a good experience.

It was a good stay. Rooms wer clean. Good room service of food. They were kind enough to give breakfast very early even before their time as i wanted to leave early.

The room is sufficiently spacious well arranged neat all around hot water always available in Bath room and clean drinking water. Towels, shampoo, napkins, waste basket, soap all are well arranged and clean. Like to go and stay there again.

The rooms were clean! Lacks ambience. Service and food was good. Short on parking spaces. 1. 5kms from Parasinnikadav temple. 20mins drive to Kannur town. Complimentary breakfast, not buffet. Perfect for people visiting Parasinikadav temple.

Very good reception. Due to covid19 precautions are taken properly. Restaurant is not start functioning. They arranged parcel food supply with their own risk. Good behaviour generally.

The staff's behaviour was excellent, good location near snake park, engineering college and temple. Rooms were spacious, bathroom is a bit old but clean. The water was a bit dirty but overall good.

Good and calm place to live. Faculty members also friendly and helpful. Make this Hotel Polariz as first choice.
