Hotel Polo Towers

We stayed for 3 nights and loved every one of them. The Hotel Polo Towers is in great location, just a 5 minute walk from the main bazaar. The entire staff, from the doorman to the lobby and housekeeping were all professional and polite. Always taking care of our needs. We had all the amenities you'd expect from a 4 star Hotel Polo Towers, including ac which is quite hard to find in shillong. The restaurant had a good variety of breakfast buffet, with very attentive staff all around. The room was spotless and cleaned frequently. Also, i particularly enjoyed the complimentary chocolates left in our room. After traveling all over india, it was nice to have at least one Hotel Polo Towers do this for us. Perhaps the only downside in an otherwise perfect stay was the furnishings in the room. Not a deal breaker of course, but considering the steep price for each night, they are in desperate need of an upgrade. Keeping the furnishings in mind, i still recommend this Hotel Polo Towers to anyone visiting shillong.

I have no complaints regarding the hospitality and behaviour of the staff. One of the best staff and professionals. We opted for the premier room. The room was decent. We expected a little more space since the amount they charge for this room is a lot. Coming to the food, excellent cooking, though there aren’t many options. The menu can be expanded a bit. Cost of food- a bit expensive but is worth it. We booked airport pick up and drop from the Hotel Polo Towers. Also, regarding wifi, our phone networks worked better. We were struggling to open even google. As for the location, no complaints. Centrally located with markets at walking distance. There is also a spa. We tried to book appointment on saturday evening. Unfortunately it was full as the spa has only one person who does the job. Please increase the staff for the spa. And on sundays, its closed which i found very weird. Overall, please improve the rooms for the amount you charge.

It was a great experience staying at Hotel Polo Towers polo towers. Premier rooms which we booked were very nice and well equipped. Clean washrooms and amenities were well organized though there was no footwear slip ons, and no safe to keep valuables locked. Food at restuarant was good bit overpriced compared to the taste which can always be improved. Staff were cordial and helpful throughout. Overall it was satisfactory and look to visit again. Would recommend people to experience staying at this place since it is very conveniently located at police bazar.

The Hotel Polo Towers has good amenities and very supportive staff. We stayed in a standard room which is smaller in size but with a good overall experience. The location of the Hotel Polo Towers is good though due to the shillong traffic taking slightly longer to reach. The restaurant is excellent with good options to eat for both veg and non-veg. Excellent stay at Hotel Polo Towers polo towers shillong. Centrally located, a reputed 4 star Hotel Polo Towers. Rooms were good and comfortable but as the Hotel Polo Towers is old, looks dated. The ginger restaurant was small but served delicious breakfast and dinner. The staff was courteous. The irish pub was very noisy and i preferred not to go there. The sky grill is outdoors and in winter not preferred. Overall a nice stay.

The polo towers Hotel Polo Towers is strategically located and very near to police bazar, the commercial hub of shillong. It houses three restaurants that are worth exploring. I specifically liked the sky grill because of the outdoor setting. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Experienced their spa as well and it was quite relaxing. Overall i am very satisfied and won't hesitate staying there again.

The Hotel Polo Towers has got good vibes and you will feel the premiumness as soon as you enter the property. The rooms are good. The big problem is they only have queen sized beds in all their rooms. The biggest problem is that the bathroom layout is very poor with the wc sticking to the shower glass partition. Overall, good food and service and hassle free check in and checkout process.

Great location. Good hospitality. Good rooms. The Hotel Polo Towers is an old and reputed Hotel Polo Towers in shillong. Well maintained but feels a bit dated. Although the Hotel Polo Towers has been refurbished, you can feel the age. Food options are good but i could not go to the pub as it was very noisy and the sky grill as it was very cold outside. Staff very nice and professional.

It was nice stay in the polo-towers in shillong. Initially, the room we were allotted had some issue with the lock, so was given a different room, but within 1 hour the original room was offered again which is a very spacious, clean room. Room services other daily amenities are very good. The room dining menu is limited, but the food is delicious.

The Hotel Polo Towers is a bit away from the main Police Bazaar but you can reach Police Bazaar easily by walking uphill for 20 minutes. Food is good 👍. Doris from front desk made my stay very comfortable. Bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable.

Location is very good. Food is average but very highly price. Amenities - it seems to be a queen size bed but not at all. Sleeping is discomfort for 2 adults and 1 children. Service is good

The property is in prime location, they have provided awesome food, well maintained amenities and services.

It's nice and cozy beds. Foods and drinks are amazing. Location wise it's easy to locate. Caretakers are very polite and helpful.

Centrally located, staff are very empathetic and responsive, food is yummy. The number of dining tables is rather inadequate.

We loved our stay at polo towers, shillong. Room was pretty clean and breakfast had decent spread which was tasty. Had sufficient parking and hospitality was good. Will recommend for families, who plan to visit meghalaya.

It was plea-sent stay at Hotel Polo Towers polo tower. There was a little ac problem which was rectified. Food was average. Hotel rooms cleanliness was good. Room service was excellent specially supervisor mr. Sanjib.
