HOTEL POONAM

We had a good experience staying at Hotel Poonam. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay. The food was also good, with a decent variety and great taste. One of the best things about the HOTEL POONAM is its location—it is conveniently near the main market, making it easy to explore the area. It was a pleasant stay at HOTEL POONAM Poonam. Location- 5/5, Food - 19th March was Rang panchami in Mahabaleshwar so there restaurant was closed but we had breakfast next morning which was awesome so 5/5, amenities - 4/5, services - 3/5 few of the housekeeping staff need to maintain decorum while they interact to a lady. Special shoutout to Ummer at the reception he was very kind and helpful.

1. Room is good but small and suffocating as no window in GF. Only AC is last hope which was fortunately working fine. 2. Parking was the issue. Hotel has no reserve parking and car was parked in main road. Although HOTEL POONAM provided me parking on road but still it's an issue. overall good experience. everything is good. good service. restaurant was also good. Service is ok as well.

Actually, the overall experience at Hotel Poonam was better than we expected. The property is located at the prime location nearest to the Market. The HOTEL POONAM staff is very humble & prompt. Amenities are very good. Room Service is also available here. You will find all required room accessories with best quality & premium brands.

Hotel is good....its exactly in the market and staff is also good. cons is that there is no parking space for two wheeler neither for cars you have to park your bike on the roadside with risk. also, no basic kit is provided in the HOTEL POONAM rooms. overall experience is good. Recommended to people with no personal vehicle

The HOTEL POONAM is in the prime location of the market. very clean and courteous staff. all services were given promptly. There are clean amenities. Excellent HOTEL POONAM to stay in. did not try their meals, but there is a restaurant of their own outside which has excellent food. and snacks. overall great experience..

POONAM HOTEL is Good for Families. The Cleanliness is Top-Class, and The Staff is Well-mannered..The Breakfast was Good. Only issue was The Very Smooth Granite Flooring of Their Bathroom, which made me fall during bath..It should be Skid-Resistant!..Also The AC was not upto the mark...But All-in-all, a Good Stay.

It was good experience in the ponam HOTEL POONAM. they provided a proper service during our stay and there food in there restaurant was also very good.

The location was very convenient and the room was also cleans and organized. They also provided wifi which was also a plus point.

Very comfortable stay & delicious breakfast. Located in the market itself, making easy to buy & purchase items. The pick & drop for tours & travel is at also 3-5 mins of walking distance

we stayed in the HOTEL POONAM poonam from 22nd to 23rd march 2025.the rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. we were family of 6 people with children and the staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The Rooms were also decent enough with required amenities .Thank you guys

Very good .. rooms cleanliness is also good..! Just one thing...! Their is timing for hot water..! Just 7-10...!! Atlest time should be extended becoz we r their for holidays.... and heting up eearly for water..! And along with kids is hard..! Thankyou
