HOTEL POONAM

Ok so first of all if u are staying there reading this review, then u must watch ritika's diary youtube channel for a complete review of our room. Honestly the room, their service specially their gesture towards the customer are really impressive. We check in at about 8 o'clock in the morning n it was completely fine with them, within 10 min they arrange our rooms n gave us the key, after entering the room we had a little issue with the ac but within 5 min they rectify the problem, so for me staying there was worth my money, i honestly suggest if you are couple you must visit the place for some soothing time. And yes the HOTEL POONAM was 5 min was away from the bus stop thats another added advantage. Rest all u will feel when you visit mahabaleshwar.

I have travel-led with family for almost 12-13 hours from gujarat and reached in the evening. I have asked for hot water but they said that hot water will come in the morning and we took dinner without having shower. On the request they gave one bucket of water for my child. This is first time that i faced issue in mahabaleshwar that i didn’t receive hot water on arrival. Staff’s behaviour is ok, and mostly if you ask something they will give lazily answer. Ac was making too much noise in every room we got. There is no solution for it. Stay was comfortable. I think we need to confirm all the itinerary and also cross check with the HOTEL POONAM before doing any booking.

Hotel poonam is located in the heart of mahabaleshwar in the main market area. The area is very congested and parking is a problem. Although the HOTEL POONAM lists parking as one of it's amenities, it has no parking of it's own and cars are parked in front of the HOTEL POONAM on the street. The street itself is very narrow. The HOTEL POONAM staff is nice, polite and courteous. The HOTEL POONAM has a restaurant but it's not internally connected to the HOTEL POONAM and HOTEL POONAM guests are expected to line up like outsiders. The rooms were spacious and neat. Complementary breakfast was served in the room and quantity was more than ample!

I travel-led to mahabaleshwar with family and the stay was really good. The HOTEL POONAM is very clean and well maintained. It’s in the city centre and walkable distance to the main market which makes it more convenient. They have their own pure vegetarian restaurant which gives awesome food. The food service is very quick and the quality is very good. Maharashtrian cuisine is also great. Overall it was a really good experience of stay and food. Only drawback, they do not have their own parking space separately. But still one can park the car right next to the HOTEL POONAM.

It was good stay for 2 days. Only issue is they don't provide hot water in day time. Hot water timing is only between 7am to 10am. I am disappointed with this issue only as i have reached after traveling almost 7 hours from mumbai wherein i have left mumbai morning at 6am and then i thought i will take bath at HOTEL POONAM with hot water but unfortunately they have fixed the hot water timing. Otherwise rest are ok with this HOTEL POONAM. Staffs are helpful l n supportive. Thank you

overall experience was good 👍🏻 but the parking space between the mahabaleshwar market is very congested…i have faced a lot of problem for parking my car also there was hot water issues in the HOTEL POONAM. hot water was provided only during mrng 7-10 am which is very inconvenient for such a 3 star HOTEL POONAM….they should improve more in small things ..after all the experience was great !! thanks poonam HOTEL POONAM and staff👍🏻👍🏻

Make my trip is THE BEST am pretty satisfied with Makemytrip . I received very good attention from their travel executives .they found the HOTEL POONAM is very best. The stay in Poonam HOTEL POONAM was really good. It is a very clean and well managed HOTEL POONAM. The employee's behaviour is so good and supportive. The best thing is that all the points of Mahableshwar are within the range of 10KM max. And the HOTEL POONAM is in the Mahableshwar market only. Our overall experience is excellent

Hotel is located in main market and staff is also cooperative stay experience is good. Parking is not available near HOTEL POONAM and toilet are is congested

Food is very good. But rooms are congested. No outside view is available. Staff is courteous. Good for a couple of days stay.

Location was best. Next to main market. Rooms were clean. Overall pleasant stay. Only issue was it has free wifi but that does not work in your rooms and phone network issue is also there in rooms.

Best property at the middle of mahabaleshwar market & bus stop. Hotel was excellent but require changes in bath products ( sampoo/hand wash/shower gel)
