Cleanliness & Basic amenities not provided stay was not up to the mark. No proper response from the management

Worst rooms it was stinking so badly. Bed sheets were smelling very basbreakfast was also pathetic never going back hear.

We were a group of 30 approx... service was really good... location was excellent... staff super active

Room is big. TV remote not working. Bathroom wash basin taps in poor condition. Lighting is inadequate. Breakfast is good. Restaurant food and beverages good.

All the taps in the bathroom were leaking. Very poor maintenance. In spite of request for room change, no one responded.

Location is excellent, room is kept well but the bathroom was having a mug with broken handle. The intercom was not working. As it's located in central area, very convenient to movement

We had a good family stay at the hotel. The staff is courteous and Manager Mr. Shetty, everyday was checking with us if everything is OK. Location of the hotel is good for commuting. Temples, ideal, mall all within walking distance.

Stay was good, location is excellent, service was good, unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity of visiting the restaurant, will definitely do it next time, overall it was worth for the price we paid. Staff and reception guys were good and approachable. Non AC rooms were poor, dirty, and smelly. Wash room flush water was dirty and later all taps started flowing with muddy water. Not worth the money.

I said one thing about this hotel it's just hotel very bad service full of attitude people in reception and matter is I book hotel so I reached hotel after entering the room ac is not from wen I checked in hotel from to still morning i cald somany times to receptionist thay are not responding and I went down to receptionist so many times I said my room Ac is not working please change room but this hotel people not responding reallyand cheep hotel and charging more I aid single person but no response a

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately my experience was below expectations. The hotel appears to be quite old and not well maintained. The room had an unpleasant smell, especially around the bed area, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, some basic facilities were not functioning properly— the flush, tabs, and lights were not in proper working condition. Basic hygiene standards also seemed to be missing. The cleanliness of the room and washroom needs significant improvement. The breakfast provided was very average and lacked variety as well as quality. Overall, the property requires better maintenance and attention to cleanliness to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.

stay and service was ok last 2 days of stay we had bad experience of muddy water in tap which was not taken seriously by hotel

By mistake I have booked a non AC room and it was not up to the mark. After the request and paid an additional amount I cold get the AC room, which was very nice

They said there would be a smart TV but actually there was a cable TV everything else was good. And smooth

an overnight stay at a place which I used to frequently stay three years ago.... Well mighty disappointed this time . The intercom wasn't working which they rectified. Then came the shocker. I was asked to clear every food bill as soon as they were served . I said I am checking out tomorrow and let me clear all bills before checkout which they didn't agree. Wonder how the restaurant works. Towels provided were faded.... All in all 6.5/10 compared to previous times..
