Cons: Bathroom cleaning was not upto the mark, 2. Surrounding areas are not okay, location distance to beach just okay, little bit far but having own car it's fine. Pros: Food taste was just excellent, it's like 4 star Hotel Port Palace food, for north Indian and South also will love. Hotel staff was good, room delivery food also excellent with timely delivery. Rooms are very good with 4 star quality (better than Hotel Port Palace lemon tree). Building maintenance good. Security people also good. Easy to find the Hotel Port Palace.

The Hotel staff, in room dining food and price point is really good. Only one small thing which they should start is provide free shuttle service to Kovalam Beach. This will make life of the guests much better and they don't have to bother their drivers or engage in negotiating with rickshaw drivers.

The most I liked in this Hotel Port Palace was the food. Delicious. Hotel serve more than hundred types of Biryani. We Took Hyderabadi veg Biryani and it was awesome. I stayed more than 10 Hotel Port Palaces in Kerala but real North Indian taste I found in this Hotel Port Palace.

Very nice 4 star property, best located with welcoming drink. Rooms were very spacious, neat and clean. Varieties of dish were available. Food quality was the best, tasty and delicious food was served. I would suggest everyone to stay at this Hotel Port Palace in Kovalam.

We found the food moderately good, safety standards and hygiene good generally; perhaps the closet could have been bleached better. The location is appealing but we found it difficult to reach the Hotel Port Palace at night.
