Hotel Port Palace

It is decent hotel for stay. All things about hotel is good like staff, restaurant, etc. I think next time if I come to this area and I have to cover the natural beauty, then probably, I will reconsider this hotel. Thank you.

neat and clean rooms with a good restaurant too. staffs are also very helpfull. overall good experience.

​I highly recommend Hotel Port palace to anyone looking for a hotel that excels in both its physical environment and its human touch. It's a rare find where the beautiful ambiance is matched, and perhaps even surpassed, by the exceptional hospitality of its staff. I am already looking forward to my next visit! ​

Overall the stay was between average and good ,food was ok it was too spicy,cleanliness was maintained but the towels they provided was old ,didn't feel like using it ,flush tank button was broken in both the rooms and in one of the room fridge wasn't working and wifi strength was too weak ..we reached out to them regarding this but they haven't responded..our stay was for one day so it didn't affect much ..location was good ..haven't taken much time to find the place ..

Staff is very nice and friendly. Food is good and always fresh. Rooms are clean . Room service very prompt.

Hotel staff don't no wheather there is a check in the hotel one of the manager come and asking who are you and why you in front of the room

All staff members service is very nice..food quality is very good .Hotel atmosphere peacefully and rate is reasonable ..we can easily got auto & Taxi...I request all people you can go and enjoy ...service is very in speedy...hygiene maintained..

In there cleaning staff is front duty and they dose not provide me room

The rooms were not so spacious. Bathrooms are not well maintained (it's neat but not properly maintained.

The hotel is very good, staff is well trained and punctual, food quality is best in that area. Breakfast was good.

Hotel and staff was very good. Location is near to kovalam beach. Food is very good. Make sure you add breakfast in your booking

The staff here is not well mannered. The person at reception is so arrogance. The dining here is very slow. They took only half of our order and that to they serve almost after 1 hr. After complaining about this the receptionist showed his arrogance. Overall the stay here is ok but the service in dining is very slow

It's not safe to stay with the family in the hotel. It's a bar hotel where unmarried couples even local people are allowed to check in. Seeing this i didn't check in the hotel. It's totally waste. I didn't expect this from make my trip vendor. I will never trust again on make my trip and will also convey everyone that it's not safe to book hotel from make my trip.

The property has been good in terms of facilities provided a bit more can be catered into the same. Location and support from the staff was excellent.

Descent hotel with good staff. Food was good. They do not have spa. Clean rooms and have ample parking.

A/c was not working bar hotel drunken people were making sound because of 1st floor it was disturbing
