We are a couple and we stayed at port palace for 2 night with breakfast included. We were greeted while entering the Hotel Port Palace and the initial formalities were quick. We didn't have to carry out luggage to our rooms they sent a guy. The room was huge and it was everything you can expect from a 4star Hotel Port Palace. The bathroom was good with all the facilities of a 4star Hotel Port Palace. The rooms were clean with sofa, chair, maze, locker, mini bar, toiletries, wifi was bit slow. During our check out day we asked to extend our stay for next 2/3 hours and they happily did it as well. Overall it was awesome experience and i would definitely recommend this Hotel Port Palace to someone who are looking to stay in kovalam.
