The premises is good but the service is pathetic. We had a stay of 5 days and I felt I made mistake choosing this hotel. Aç was not working properly, toilet seat cover was broken, If you ask for something like towels or dental kits or anything you have to wait at least 30min to 1 hours or more every time. I am saying this coz I stay for 5 day straight. I had few clothes for laundry and even after telling they did not pick up. Next day I had no clothes to wear so i had to buy more. Even next day nobody come in to take cloths even after calling them. Then I went to reception and made complaint and then they pickup.

First of all, I am sorry for whatever problem you faced and whatever you are saying, it is all a lie Sir and everything has been told to you on time and on the correct date. As for the laundry, the day you had to wash your clothes was Saturday and there was no electricity in the entire Ahilya Nagar city, that is why the laundry man did not take your clothes, which means he was cheating. The next day, I paid extra money from my pocket and got your laundry done and gave it to you. What are you saying Sir?

Staff is really nice and helpful room service is good good quality of food and prices is normal i recently stayed at prabhu palace and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was excellent, right in the heart of nagar, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. However, there were some drawbacks. The room, although clean, felt a bit dated and lacked modern amenities. The wi-fi was slow and inconsistent, which was frustrating for both work and leisure. Additionally, no noise disturbances from nearby in summary, this hotel is a decent option for its location and friendly staff, but it could benefit from room upgrades and better wi-fi connectivity.

business1. the stay was bad. this hotel does not believe in cleaning the room even after telling them to do it multiple times. the ac never worked from day one. no hot water. the worst i felt yesterday ever in any hotel in my life— i was going towards the restaurant to eat my paid for dinner. i was stopped and told that i could/should not go sit there because ‘family people’ are sitting there. they wanted me to sit in some shady bar, or offered me a table outside the hotel to sit and eat. this was disgusting beyond belief. this hotel as no idea about what hospitality means. even though i paid for the breakfast/lunch or dinner. they don't offer anything more than poha (rs.60/-) in breakfast. they have one particular veg thali which they served me repeatedly for 3 days without any change at all. it a sad, disgusting place with no values. i highly discourage travellers from staying at this place.

Good stay but provided separate bad in dexule room

Our stay was good overall but they dint agree to provide a double bed or queen bed room. So with family you only need to book a super dexule room which is very costly as compared to other 3 star hotels. With children you should not book the dexule room.
