Hotel Pragati The Grand

1. Properly was good. 2. Breakfast was average. 3. Room was neat and clean with nice facility. 4. Hanger in the bathroom was fixed at 7 feet height which was suitable only for long persons. 5. In the bathroom Automatic door closure ( like hydraulic door) was there which was undiserable.

The facility was terrible, it was nothing like the photos. My mother was questioned repeatedly if she was staying alone and no guests could come. She was literally harassed by the staff who would call her repeatedly on the intercom as well as her phone. If she didn’t answer the call the staff would come to her room and question her. The behaviour has extremely rude and unacceptable. We checked out on the same day. We saw staff lying on the beds of vacant rooms and using the rooms. The hygiene was bad as well, the pillows were torn and the bedsheet wasn’t washed or clean either. The toilet was unclean as well.

Neat and clean room with basic amenities. Rooms do not smell and linens are clean. Lobby is good and clean. Rooms are comfortable. Bathrooms are good but should provide good quality soaps and shampoos.

My room was allocated to different person and on visit room was vacated and clean thereafter. Hence I had to wait too long.

Great ambience, hygienic, Location is very accessible, staff is well trained, Had a pleasant and wonderful stay.

The stay was descent. Absolutely unhappy with the response to resolve the issue by both Makemytrip team and the hotel representatives.

When I reached the property one gentle man came near me to receive & he took my luggage on reception & he offer me a mineral water bottle with very discipline manner. I stayed there & I find that all thing was available in nicely clean toilet bed was very comfortable, equipped with AC & fan, tea / coffee / water bottles etc. Dinner and complimentary breakfast was tasty hygienic & nice. Prompt room service with in discipline manner, good arrangements of lift service. It is appreciating. Thanks.

We stayed for 5 nights and booked 2 rooms, but there were issues right from check-in. As per , checkin time is 9am, but only one room was given to us at 9:30am, and the second room wasn't ready for another 2 hours. To make matters worse, the hotel didn’t allow any outside guests in the rooms, which was very inconvenient. Even hotels like Marriott don’t deny outside guests in the room. Room 704 smelled of smoke. Breakfast was just average. A la carte food was very tasty though. The reception staff was very rude and unwelcoming! Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I expected better service for the price I paid.

Right next to zydus hospital, if you are there for treatment then it's nearest place to stay. Hotel is just about average, not sure why they don't allow guest to accompany, I did not like that. too many rules feels like in a hostel.

The rooms were good, neat and clean, food was also good at decent pricing. The washroom was good but could have been better, the place is near to thaltej near by sh highway so location is also good. I would recommend

The amenities are the similar room in exclusive bucket and deluxe bucket so, it's not fair enough.

I called at hotel before making the reservation, they said YES for drivers space to sleep but what they gave was terrible, a torn mattress in stair case , A BIG SHAME ON THEM ,I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

The hotel property was awesome nicely maintained and the staff also was so supporting and gave great hospitality and the food was also awesome
