Hotel Prakash

I was am on business travel and stay was too horrible. Room was not properly cleaned. So many bugs n inspections on room and bed. Washroom was not clean. Towel was not clean. Food was so spicy after giving instructions for non spicy food. No breakfast provided whereas i already conveyed them that i have to leave early in morning. Not at all recommended for this hotel. Not at all worth for such price.

Very bad bathroom, stinking bathroom, no hot water supply, cleaning of bathroom & room not up to standard. Horrible room, spot on wall of room. Seems i booked very cheap hotel. Room was not to that standard what i paid.

Amenities are not satisfactory like no complementary water bottle in room, cattle for warm water etc not available. Towel was not cleaned.

1. The hotel rooms were clean 2. Parking was on the road 3. Housekeeping was available 4. Bathrooms are clean

Rooms are not clean bad odour also not provided any water bottle and any tea coffee they charges 1 litre water bottle it's a horrible experience

Hotel is good but so many rules and regulations. Aap ye n hi kr skate aap wo n hi kr skate, i had booked my room with dinner and breakfast but waha ja k pat a chala ki aap ki limit hai aap utne me hi lunch aur break fast kr skate hai. Ultimatly 1st choose other option 2nd u can ch k this

No slippers bad toiletries dirty rooms, even breakfast is pathetic but dinner was good need lot of improvements

When i booked this property, i was sceptical about its quality and service. But what a pleasant surprise. Excellent hospitality. They allowed us early check in. Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Hygiene especially in toilet was satisfactory but it can be better. The best was food quality. It was superb. Food was homely and tasty. Overall it was very excellent experience in a city like basti

Bad staff behaviour, so many mosquitoes, not maintained hygiene and bel sheet and pillow cover not cleaned

Very good, location is good, breakfast do buffet system instead to serve in room, because rs 350 only fixed for breakfast.
