Room lights were not working. Manager was rude.

Staffs are really good. Hygiene is really good.

Non of staff members wear mask

There was no hot water provision in the bathroom. The boiler wasn't working because there wasn't any power in the hotel. The AC in the room doesn't have a remote, you have to call reception every time you want to change the temperature. They do not turn on the backup generator in case of power cut unless you go and fight on reception. Please avoid this hotel at all cost.

Room service was ok. We had to call room service person for many times for getting water or cleaning the room. Overall it was ok.

Location wise the Hotel is good. The only problem was timings for providing warm water, breakfast etc. Safety and security wise it was good. Staff behavior was also good. Overall I liked it.

It's very worst hotel. There is no heat water and no room heaters. Average service and average cleaning. Mostly this hotel manager was very roughly behavior and not correct answers. It's completely waste management hotel.

Checked in 2 hours before check-in time and paid extra for the same.

It's an average hotel only. No difference in facilities irrespective of the fact whether you pay more for executive or less for deluxe. No AC remote in rooms. No mineral water. TV/bed with clean linen, were there. No refrigerator. Toilet/taps/WC/tiles, were not properly cleaned. The executive room I had booked was stinking with pigeon droppings. When I requested for change, I was told that all rooms are almost same and after seeing 3 more rooms, they gave me a similar room on another floor which was not stinking. The issue is that I had booked an executive room (which should be superior to deluxe standard) but there I realized that all rooms are almost same. Requesting MMT to ensure betterment in future. The owner is a good person and has promised to me that they would improve the standard.

Stay was pleasant, we came to attend a marriage, so most of time spent at marriage place rest was ok ok

The room was very congested. They don't ready to listen to our complaint. Because of season time. They provide us a deluxe bad room. And not ready to change.

Trip was fine and inspite of some natural problem they managed the things and taking care of their guest well.

Excellent place, nice location , in vicinity of all major places. Travelling convinience .. Nice room service, quality and tastier food, cleanliness maintained, high speed WiFi, relaxing stay, spacioys and well organised room
