Hotel Prashant

The location of the property is superb and a vast stretch of the Himalayas are visible from the mountain facing rooms and the roof of the hotel.Food is great and room service personnel are exceptional.

Hotel is looking good in the site. But when I enter in the hotel then seen room was not good. Sofa is covered by dust. There was only table fan. Meal was not good. The location of the hotel is very good. The way of the talking of the hotel's person was very good.

Since we had booked rooms through MMT, hotel gave us the worst possible rooms in otherwise a good hotel. They were not bothered about cancellation, so I believe, will have to stop booking hotels using MMT. The hotel staff told specifically that since we had booked room using MMT, they don't care, and would provide us that bad place in the hotel.

We stayed in hotel Prashant, kausani on 15, 16 december 2015 for two nights in 3 super deluxe rooms. Rooms are old but beautifully maintained. Location is the best. We can see all the himalayan range from the room window and balcony, trishul nanda devi, panchachuli and all others. The hotel is located at the best location of kausani. What I should really convey is their service, its just awesome. They have very good kitchen staff (specially for bengali they can cook all the bengali dishes in bengali flavour). What we needed in those two days they just presented to us. It's been a fantastic experience in this hotel. I really recommend this hotel.
