Hotel Prashant The Mall

The first appealing thing was the location of the Hotel Prashant The Mall, it's mesmerizing, you get a complete view of Shimla, moreover it's on a walk able distance from high court parking where you can easily get taxi. Room service was great, timely water jug refilling, room/washroom cleaning, bed sheet change. A geyser is there in the bathroom providing hot water anytime we want, power plugs in the room were sufficient, 3 to be precise, 2 big mirrors were there one in bathroom another in bedroom, a small balcony was there to relax, however am sure its useful only in summers, in winters the temperature was as low as -3 during our visit. Over all a good pick, go for it.

I know it was a request, for late check in and late check out. And the Hotel Prashant The Mall need not entertain our request. And I understand their concern for 12 Pm check in check out. But there was no clarity in their response with regards to late check out. So we assumed it was permissible, as even during check in procedures, we mentioned about it in their form and they were silent about whether they would charge for it or not. I wish they had clarified these things upfront, as it would have helped us plan our program accordingly. No issues. But just a suggestion from our side.

Experience is excellent. Rooms are o. K. And clean. But very easy to walk to the mall from the Hotel Prashant The Mall. The panoramic view of Shimla from the balcony is excellent. It is only 3 /4 minutes walking from the lift to Hotel Prashant The Mall, and we did not feel any trouble to reach to the Hotel Prashant The Mall. So many good plazas are there to choose the Favorited dishes. Overall experience is very good. The view of The city in night from the balcony is unparalleled. The rooms in the fourth floor are the best.

I stayed in this Hotel Prashant The Mall multiple times, because of 3 main reasons. As it is on the mall Road and very close to the tourism lift, it's cheap. Good for budget holidays when you don't want to spend too much on stay, the superior rooms have balcony with great view of whole Shimla and church on ridge. Service is OK, not that good but it's fine when you only need best in the Hotel Prashant The Mall and for lunch and dinner you are any ways out and trying new and fancy rooftop restaurants.

The Hotel Prashant The Mall is right on mall road. Everything is nearby. You can go for a walk at mall road and do shopping. However Hotel Prashant The Mall reception is on first floor and rooms are starting from 3rd floor so you need to climb at least 20-30 stairs. We got a super deluxe room. View from balcony was very good. You can see entire Shimla from there. Recommended if you are a budget traveller. We check-in late night and faced no issues. Can't comment on food as never eaten there.

This Hotel Prashant The Mall is perfect for good view. Take a room on the 3rd floor. You can see the whole view of Shimla from here. Right beneath is Simla times, which is the best cafe in Shimla. Evenings even if you decide to stay in the room you will have a lovely evening listening to the tunes in Simla times. The cleanliness is pretty decent. We had a discomfort in room spacing as the rooms are quite small for three people. There is barely any place to walk. Food is not at all good here.

Location is awesome... And that's the prime need everything is near to it even car parking.. You can park your vehicle at High court parking and roam anywhere.. Superb view from 4th floor.. Room no 8, 9 best. Valley view, mall road facing.. Value for money only of location else overpriced.. You can get good food outside, Hotel Prashant The Mall food is costly, must eat chana kulcha and chana luchi chana tikki on Lakkar bazar road have fun at roller skaters game preferring this Hotel to all.

The rooms are neat and clean and the main advantage in this Hotel Prashant The Mall is the view. You can overlook over all Shimla. The services are good and the service boys are polite. The food provided in the room service is also good and reasonable. If you want a Hotel Prashant The Mall in a centralized location ie near to the lift, this is the best budget Hotel Prashant The Mall you can opt for.

The Hotel Prashant The Mall's food was really tasty. And the location is also really good. You can easily spot the Hotel. It is located just in front of cafe Shimla times. The balcony view is also good. You can See the concerts being held in Simla times from there. Nothing beats the food here. Room services were also really good. The people were really welcoming.

Its location is perfect. I enjoyed there a lot. The service is good. Cleaning is perfect. Facilities they provide is good. Breakfast is good. They will need to work on the arrangements of the Hotel Prashant The Mall. Otherwise all.

At a good location. Clean room. Good staffs. Not their behavior.

Spacious room. Good for family stay. Food quality need improvement. Staff are courteous and very helpful. Professional service.

First day I was allotted smaller room, but after request they shifted me to the room which was booked by me. Deluxe room was spacious, bathroom attached and spacious. Heater was available but were chargeable.

Good service, nice, clean, with warm water facility, awesome valley view of mall road and full Shimla valley. Helpful receptionist, gave advise on places to visit, timings, etc. Good food too at the Hotel Prashant The Mall, although a bit expensyas compared to outside restaurants.

We had a basic room but was clean and comfortable. The location of the Hotel Prashant The Mall is close to mall. Hotel is very near to bus stop and railway station. A very good budget Hotel Prashant The Mall which gives value for money.

Amazing rooms with decent service, surely a bang for the buck! This was the first time we were in Shimla Ava the Hotel Prashant The Mall staff made sure it was a great one. They provided suggestions on where and when to visit and arranged a guide for the same.

Location is very nice and easy approachable... Views are very good staff is very good nice place to stay at mall road. Nice and comfortable stay. No parking as this is on mall road.

Service is decent, and the rooms are kept clean. The location is something we found ideal, not too close or far away from the heart of Shimla. The view is definitely the best part, you'll be lucky to get a room facing the road. Overall couldn't have asked more for the price.
