Hotel Pratap Grand

Hotel is nice with all basic facilities. Lift clean rooms etc but early check in and late check out request not considered. My train got delayed for 2 hours and i requested to take extra amount and give us 2 hours late check out facilitie but they didn't considered and i had to check out and sir at station for hours. Apart from this rest all was good.

I like the Hotel Pratap Grand and behavior of staffs are also good. They are very helpful. And Hotel Pratap Grand room is clean and food provided by Hotel Pratap Grand are also hygiene and quantity of foods are also good. Easy to find the location of Hotel Pratap Grand. From ranchi station to reach Hotel Pratap Grand take only 2min.

Hotel location, decoration is good, food is good. But there is an issues with pest control. I have visited two times, every time small cockroaches are moving on floor, table and almirah. Lickage issue with basin pipe and hand shower. Behavior is good, room service good.

The room was as expected. Probably a little more space and a couch would have been better but can't complain at this price. The bathroom was neat and clean. Could have given us the ac remote though. Overall a good experience during our stay here.

1. The blanket needs to be covered. 2. The ac as well as geyser should be in the complete control of the guest. I have to call the reception every time to get it started. Else everything fine, clean large comfortable room with ac working

Economical Hotel Pratap Grand. But there is cleaning issue, specially cockroach (small) issue. Which is seen on near bed desk frequently. Gidzer was not working, but staff behaviour was good. Need to work on c

Hotel was clean. Room was not so spacious but it was fine. Kitchen was not available in Hotel but they provide food from outside. Room service was good. Behavior of Hotel staff was excellent.

All are good like bathroom toilet room cleanliness, lift facilities but timing to check in Hotel Pratap Grand is not right. It may be start from 6 am.

At the entrance of Hotel Pratap Grand sanitizer pump has been installed, rooms are sanitized before check in. So, overall satisfied. Room cleaning can also be improved.
