Hotel Pratap Palace

The hotel is heritage from outside. It is under renovation with old and new rooms.As we booked rooms online they initially provided us old rooms with heritage bathrooms having heritage taps and tiles 😁. At around midnight we faced an issue with electrical short circuits. Unfortunately, there was no attendant or wireman available to fix the problem, which caused a lot of inconvenience. After The incident they shifted us to renovated rooms but one our members faced the same issue of electrical short ckt. This all incident was handled by only one attendent who latter on found himself helpless and asked us to adjust ourselves. We have to call to reception at least 7 to 8 time as only one attend throughout the night who don't know basic electrical knowledge. The hotel need really needs to improve its maintenance and service response.

It was very bad experience. There is no proper Bed, Food is also not proper, Towel and other things are very old like its in use since years. in King size bed they are using two single bed and providing to Customer as a king bed. If you are planning for a trip please try to find other option for stay.

Food was okayish, but the property was amazing and it was quite heritage style which was nice and comfy

service is very poor as per on line booking room are not given.room bed are not good.room door locking screws not fitting properly,while door opening and closing time hand May be damaged.electict kettle using time it is given shok so many times after changing alao same problem two adults ocopency toilet, dental kit and drinking water glass only rooms lot of small small cockroach all over the room.overallamenities& services very poor.

Poor service staff behaviour is not good We had to carry the stuff up to the first floor ourselves.

Room was very good & clean also staff behaviour is very appreciable. Restaurant facilities, swiming pool, room service every thing is very good.

Breakfast was not good (Maggie was one of the main dishes served in breakfast , Real fruit juice wereserver instead of actual fruit juice , aalu paratha was burnt ) room door was jammed and I was staying in room no 307 same room and bathroom door was jammed and not locking

The stay was okay, we booked a deluxe suite and the room was well maintained except for the washroom door and their service was a little laid back. Food is overpriced and okay in taste. Overall it was a decent stay

I stayed at your hotel recently and was extremely disappointed with the lack of basic facilities and overall management: There was no electricity for almost an hour at night, causing significant discomfort and safety concerns. There was no water in the bathroom, making it impossible to use essential facilities. The room telephone was not working, leaving no way to contact staff during the outage. To make matters worse, there was no one at the reception to assist or provide any information during this time. This level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of responsibility from the hotel management. Guests expect at the very least reliable access to electricity, water, and communication, especially during emergencies.

no water for shower in room 214 they are short of staff... during breakfast I told for an masala omlette but I think they forgot....the same person is at reception restaurant...to carry luggage....bad taste in mouth...they should learn ...staff unprofessional
