most bed experience. room not clining, no Room service, very Bad hotel. extra charge, pay before 12 clock.

Mismatched between Given Room & Showed Room in MMT App. Rooms are Dirty in all respect. Room Was not Ready at the time of Check in. Wifi was good. No innhouse Restrudent is there. Food review not Possible.

Room was dirty , and fully smell , mosquitos and some other insects, No window, very small room , need to fully maintenance.

Food was okay little bit high price as compared to outside. Hotel was too much inside the alleys difficult to find, first room we got ac was not working so we had to switch after 1 day , the second room we got it's bathroom had open window in lobby like anyone can see inside and hear everything it's like we didn't have any privacy door were very bad , and they had no wardrobe, and they just switched off the ac repeatedly and night daily we had to call them to switch on .

They checked out as soon as I reached for checkin and when I received the feedback message, they were snatching the phone from my hand and were going to give a 5. I refused to give my phone and asked to tell me the steps to follow and he said press 5 and you will receive a confirmation code for check in. I refused to do it because I know that’s a feedback message. And he refused to do check in and asked me to cancel my booking. I called the owner and spoke with him and he did my check in. After that when I went to the room and found that the room was so dirty. Bedsheets were not changed, pillow covers were not changed, comforter was not changed. The floor was not cleaned and there was no hot water. And when asked for any help, they would just say we will do in sometime and would not do at all. I had to contact the owner for everything. And even then they would come and just do it for name sake. The staff here doesn’t know how to respect the customers and the hotel is very dirty and unhygienic

Very very bad in experience. Tap water is full of insects. Outside and inside of room is very darty. Room is in bad condition. Hot water facilities is not available. Nothinh is good in this hotel. Very very bad service
