My experience was excellent, i don't know why people gave bad reviews but the entire staff here was very cooperative and helping. My sister had an exam in iit roorkee and the Hotel Prem Dynasty check in was at 12 pm and we came at 8 am as the exam was at 9 am. I request to mr. Govind kumar ji (manager, he did the early check in and he kindly gave us a room without any inconvenience. Everyone there was a lot of help. It was a family atmosphere. I would like to thank everyone who helped me so much. About room-its was nit and clean. Budget friendly(not expensive) iit roorkee -only 150 miter (walking distance) bus stand and railway station -all connectivity nearby Hotel Prem Dynasty. Market and all ghat on walking distance (approx 1km ) all facilities are available near this Hotel Prem Dynasty. I give 10/10 *recommend to all*

Good for solo stay at an affordable price

Location is great, in a lane almost in front of the bus stand and very close to iit, but because of that, it's pretty noisy throughout the day and you feel that especially in the early morning and the vehicle horns are good enough to wake you up like an alarm. Food, tea was all decent. Great and fast service. Cleanliness is ok, not that great. A table/desk should be provided in the room to place the laptop for working from the Hotel Prem Dynasty room. The bath towels provided were not that good. Wifi internet connectivity in the Hotel Prem Dynasty room was pretty good, very fast speed. Overall good stay at an affordable price.
