An old favorite a good hotel

Though the reception area and approach looks quite old, this is a very good HOTEL PREM NIVAS with very clean rooms hygienic safe and offering good room service. Amicable HOTEL PREM NIVAS staff with a decent bar-attached and also there are good options for great veg and non-veg food around in walkable distance. It's in a old locality and you the street is little congested but once inside your room it do not matter at all. One can safely stay with family at prem nivas.

This HOTEL PREM NIVAS is close to the meenakshi amman temple at madurai. Though the reception area looks a bit shabby and old, rooms have been renovated and are comfortable. The parking, though, is very limited, and i faced issues while checking out to bring my vehicle out. There are many restaurants around this HOTEL PREM NIVAS, and the temple is just a walk away. Overall, this is a good place to stay solo or with family if you are travel-ling to the temple.

Room was small but clean and comfortable. Very good staff. They arranged cab for us to travel next day for decent price. Helping nature and polite behaviour of staff is nice in this HOTEL PREM NIVAS. Very near to meenakshi amma temple. In auto u can go they will charge 50rs. Nearby restaurants are good to have breakfast and lunch. Overall it is good and economical

The place was good. We had stayed for 3 days and our experience was ok. There is no tabletop restaurant as they have mentioned in mmt. But it is quite manageable, as there are many restaurants nearby. The HOTEL PREM NIVAS can focus more on hygiene. They didn't change the bedsheets or clean the room even once during our stay.

Every thing was done, none of the complaint from HOTEL PREM NIVAS, staff was very helpful, they were 24 hours available on duty, room, toilet was very neat and clean. For the other states person there is not any language issue. All HOTEL PREM NIVAS staff speak hindi and english. Room fare was also reasonable.

Location is perfect for tourists as it is walkable to meenakshi temple, city bus stand and railway station. The room was clean and the ambiance enough for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Plumbing in the toilet can be improved with latest fixtures.
