worst service ever seen not even single housekeeping staff was available for room room

room was good reception manager was so polite and gentle check in check out was smooth this is tha best place for visit with ur partner

No towel provided no soap provided bed sheet not changed bed comforter not change water leakage in washroom

Room not clean soap not provided bedsheet and towel not changed quilt not changed last three days

B hut hi ganda hotel hai dikhate kuch hoo dete kuch hoo pani tak k usne charges lye isha hota hai kaya khao all out bhi nhi h room clean krne ki bolo to whoa ka staff bolta hai phle wo room clean honge jo dubara check in honge aj uske bd 12 bje tak room saf ho payega apka tv sahi s work nhi krta discus-ting

No cleaning no rooms are maintained washroom flush is broken ac is not working properly and i have called 10-12 times at hotel but no picking up my call i also have called wb hotel management and property owner mr. Yadav ji. Pols visit this hotal if you are bachelor i am not suggest this hotal for families and couples.

It was a terrible experience, i have asked for towel on check in at reception they said that we will send it to your room but they didn't provide since next morning. Light cut in every 20-25 minutes. Water bottle provided hot, may be winter season in agra.

The hotel facility are very poor and staff problem and bad facilities as my experience. Food facilities very lazy

Not much better accommodation location wise gud otherwise no amenities in the room tv not working, lot of dust on ceiling fan. Dustbin not cleared gate sounds when others room open or closed cuilt is not gud

There is no hygiene, the property is so dull. It is totally different from what's shown in the pictures.

Very nice experience. Nice services. Employees are cooperative and cool. It is too nearer to akbar's tomb.

Room of this hotel is not so good. And showed room picture on app that room was not given and also demand for extra money for a room

Hotel experience is worst although booking was confirmed then also they denied the check in faced inconvenience at highest level. Pathetic
