It was a very nice Hotel Presidency. Worth for the money. Very clean and neat rooms. Hygiene rest rooms. Clean towels. I stayed with my family. It was a suit room with very big hall and mini conference facility. Nice but limited complement breakfast. The only thing i want to mention is very slow house keeping. There is a confusion between house keeping and reception. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Located in a prime area. Shopping places are near by. Close to north railway station.

This Hotel Presidency is walking distance about 500 metres from the Ernakulam Town Railway Station. The lobby is good and the receptionists are friendly with the check-in process very smooth. The rooms are a decent size and the washrooms are extremely clean with standard rooms having a bathtub. The breakfast is excellent with variety. Overall good Hotel Presidency which is value for money and very close to the railway station and also does the business district shopping centres.

We were a group of friends of 4 people arrived late at night. The staff of Hotel was supportive and professional at the same time. The check-in process was seams less. The rooms were clean. One issue the WiFi was available to only one person in a 2 room set. We had access to swimming pool and gym area, which we did use. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Pros - Nice room. Spacious for two person and ok for three. Parking facility. Walkable distance to Ernakulam Town Station. Complimentary breakfast has South and North Indian dishes. Smooth check in/out. Reasonable room tariff. Cons - Water and shower tapes was not working properly. Food item's quantity (dinner in my case) was less comparing to price.

Very near to north railway station. Room was neat and in good condition. Couldn't find option to adjust ac temperature. You will get all facilities in a 4 star Hotel Presidency with affordable rate. Paramara devi temple is just few meters distance. There is bar also in the ground floor. Highly recommended.

Enough parking space available for your vehicle. Rooms are spacious. Service is awesome. There's gym, pool etc. Breakfast served is awesome and you get many dishes to choose from. Room service is costly though.

The stay was very comfortable. All the staff were very good to whom all i had interacted from the watchman onwards. On my request they had allowed me to extend my stay due to a meeting which i had on that day. The overall stay was very very good

Breakfast was awesome. All traditional food items we had thank you so much for the same.
Over ambiance is good we have enjoyed lot.

The location was brilliant near to Ernakulamtown railway Station. The front desk, staff were courteous. The stay was pleasant. It's a good Hotel which I would suggest.

Hotel was very good, but restaurant is not good, and high price also inside restaurant. I eat outside every time, and outside food is not allowed is very sad

Rooms and food are good. But room service takes lot of time. Tv is not at all working even after complaint. Otherwise very accomadative and nice welcome at reception.
