Presidency Kochi City Centre

I recently stayed at the Presidency Kochi City Centre, and while the room was spacious and comfortable, my experience during breakfast left a bit to be desired. Most of the staff were well-behaved and professional. However, the staff member in the restaurant during breakfast was not as pleasant. She was shouting at the bearer boys for some reason, which felt unprofessional and likely made them uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, which made the breakfast-inclusive package feel like it wasn’t worth the cost. I would recommend the Presidency Kochi City Centre for its room quality but suggest improvements in the restaurant service and breakfast variety.

I recently stayed at Presidency Kochi City Centre presidency and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The Presidency Kochi City Centre was exceptionally neat and clean, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The only downside was that the tv in my room was not working properly, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this minor issue, i would still recommend Presidency Kochi City Centre presidency for its cleanliness and excellent service.

The room as well as the restaurant at the 7th floor is very neat and clean. I feel that it’s really a true value for the money paid. The staffs are very affable and customer friendly. They will make you feel at home

I stayed there for one day. The location is good. It's an old Presidency Kochi City Centre, but it's maintained well. The buffet breakfast is a bit limited. Otherwise, it was all okay.

The location is very good, rooms are clean & spacious however the swimming pool is only for rooms of higher category only which was not mentioned anywhere in the booking section.

Very pleasant stay in the Presidency Kochi City Centre. Well maintaining for room, bathroom and etc. As a business travelers i enjoy. Morning breakfast verity minimal but ok

Room, bathroom, bedspread, toilet, towels, everything was clean. Only issue is the size of tv, which is small. Since i was on an official trip, this was not bothering me
