Hotel President

Food is awesome no doubt about it. Only drawback is the snacks and beverages and snacks made available at the room. Either provide it as free or don't keep it there. If you place a pack of biscuit or dairy-milk worth rs. 40 and charge 100 for that it sounds ridiculous. Also get some better frontdesk staff as stopping you from leaving thinking you might have consumed the snack is funny. Instead say please wait till we complete the checkout formality would have been better. If a guy can afford to pay more that 7k including dinner for a nightstay would communicate if he/she has consumed a dairymilk or biscuit or any beverage. Thats the only thing that needs a fix. Rest everything was awesome. Your chefs are awesome

Centrally located Hotel President. Rooms are bit small but well placed. Food was good, breakfast spread and quality both excellent. Very courteous and customer friendly staff. Some small irritants need to be taken care off like no soap in liquid soap dispenser, towels and other supplies like milk pouch getting exhausted for replacement and then you need to follow up to get it, probably these are the differences between 5 star and 3 star properties. Overall, a happy experience.

This is the best Hotel President in madurai, all the staff are very friendly and their services were excellent. This Hotel President is very close to meenaksi amman temple and it is walkable distance only. The another best positive thing is they have a very spacious parking area and while making the booking i saw a lots of complaints regarding the washroom cleanliness but while staying i couldn’t find any negative things about it. Hoping to visit again

We had booked 2 rooms executive twin & standard for 1 night. We reached Hotel President 3 hours before check-in time. Hotel was able to provide us early check-in for one standard room with additional payment of 500. Hotel is located not too far from temple. Auto are easily available. Rooms are comfortable, staff is friendly. Restaurant is available in house. Food is good. Over all good stay in budget.

Hotel President stay is good, but at the room inside particular -reception, housekeeping, restaurant contact details not available in the rooms phone display body,it is very struggling to identify the contact number....for room service... Hotel President management take necessary action for avoiding this kind of trouble for room service....that's all 🙏

Good and so comfortable stay… also I would strongly recommend this Hotel President for the upcoming visitors to Madurai. Particularly the staffs and their services are so welcoming and polite! The two female receptionists at day shift are a real vibe and their efforts to treat their clients with a great smile are truely commendable 🙂

Welcome was good but as time passed the behaviour of Hotel President persons changed cheating bargaining enthused sometimes no proper guidance by the locals at the Hotel President tourist needs support help guidance though digital platforms are available but at last execution in the hands of human beings required to be being humans

Booking room through mm t is good. Call back from Hotel President staff and enquiring about airport transfers was appreciated. Check in was faster. Front desk was pleasant. Room dimensions are good. Cleanliness is good but scope for improvement. Complementary breakfast is okay. Overall the accommodation is recommendable.

Good b/f. Too small room. Floor mat and kitly missing. Everywhere in tamilnadu there is a communication issue. Location wise this is very nice. Overall a good Hotel President to stay in if you are ok with a small room place

The property is around 0. 5 km from meenakshi amman emple. One can conveniatly reach by foot. Staff is very helpful. Food is excellent. Serves both traditional and western breakfasts. Hotel maintains cleanliness and has pleasing interiors.

Hotel location is good if somebody looking near to meenakshi temple. Room and toilet are bit compact but we stayed for only one night so it was ok.

Stayed for second time comfortable stay; functional room. This time, they have some additional and welcome features - tea & coffee and a snacks counter in the room, also, breakfast option now available. However room size is small; less moving space in the room. Good value for money

Stay is safe and comfortable. Total space in allotted room is smaller than the prescribed space. Service is very good. But food (breakfast served) quality is poor, no taste, no menu items card. Hospitality and guidance is very good. All the staff are very friendly and polite.

Staff courtesy and food is really good, the staffs are very friendly and courtesy. The room was very neat and clean. They have a very spacious parking space and located in the prime area near meenaksi amman temple front office staff are very friendly.
