Because hotal are not permitted to stay i have local id so i canceled to sty i sty any hotal or not receive my amount make my trip say i’ll try to talk. Hotel management so he no give me any solutions so next time i have not reserved any quary to make my trip

The hotel is in a very bad shape appears to be closing down. The bell boy was doubling up as manager and no computer or peripheral were functional. He had no details or clue about my booking. He called up someone who advised to see the details on my mobile. No restaurant was operational and we had to go out for dinner. Only 1 or 2 more guests were in the hotel. I have never stayed in a worse place.

businessI had very terrible stay experience, once i entered the room i saw torn off wall papers on the walls, furniture is not cleaned, basin and fridge are in a very bad state, even the washroom is not cleaned enough, i some how managed to stay at night and i have checked out as soon as possible.

Very good facilities and room service. Rooms are specious, neat, clean and well maintained. Hotel offers special extra amenities like swimming pool gym, etc. I enjoyed alot. Only suggestion to manage to start laundry and kitchen facilities so that to make stay more comfortable. Thank you.

businessHorrible front desk. It took 1 hour for us to search for the receptionist and wake him up. Then he took 1 hour to figure out room. The 2 hours for hot water that too by bucket. Horrible house keeping.

Please no book the room. Rooms are not cleaned. No breakfast or other facilities available. Swiming pool is not in working condition. Rates are too expensive l, washrooms are in worst condition. Very bad experience.
