Hotel Prestige , Mangalore

We stayed at prestige after many years. It was a comfortable stay at the premium suites. The only drawback was that it is a smoking Hotel Prestige , Mangalore so it was quite choking in the corridors with the smell of cigarettes which also got into the rooms. The poor housekeeping tried their best to eliminate the smell but when there are chain smokers living, it was a herculean task to do so. Staff was great and food was excellent. The breakfast included in the tariff is very limited but has the choice of getting it in the room. Would request the management to do something about the smoking menace at the Hotel Prestige , Mangalore. I actually had to buy an air freshener to spray our rooms and the 3rd and 4th floor corridors. Thanks to the staff of all departments for their service.

One of the best stay of my lifetime, before reaching there I was little confused about the room size as few people told that apart from the deluxe rooms other rooms are very small. But it seemed not so to me. Room size was perfect for 2. Best service and hospitality of the Hotel staffs, they should be congratulated. Location was also perfect. Exactly center of the City, well connected by every means. Food quality of diesel cafe was also awesome, once again hospitality of the staffs was very nice and pleasant. Though the price is little bit higher than nearby other Hotel Prestige , Mangalores, but you will never think of a different option, once you get the service of these Hotel staffs. They are excellent in single word. Room, cleanliness and decoration was also on its top.

Friends tell me there are better Hotel Prestige , Mangalores in Mangalore but I keep going back - first why do the friends tell me to change - Prestige has an old look, its a small Hotel Prestige , Mangalore, the lift is ordinary and the Hotel Prestige , Mangalore room lighting is not great, the size of TV is small and no HD channels play on the TV. But the reasons I keep going back - the staff is very warm; the rooms (Executive) are very clean; so are the toilets; every room has a large window; the Diesel Cafe with its all white color and 60's American posters is a pleasant place to have your breakfast (although Breakfast choices are limited) . The food (lunch and dinner) has lots of ethnic options and is very tasty

We were very happy with our stay of one day and night in the Hotel Prestige , Mangalore. The Hotel Prestige , Mangalore did an airport transfer on our request and it was properly communicated with no confusion. The front office staff was helpful and friendly. The room was bright, airy, very clean and nice. We had a good nights sleep. The hot water system was slightly confusing but thats was just a minor problem. The location of the Hotel Prestige , Mangalore is superb, all pubs, restaurants and sightseeing places were nearby. The Hotel Prestige , Mangalore itself has a decent cafe where they also have the breakfast. Quite good. Overall very happy and it exceeded our expectations

The Hotel Prestige , Mangalore was very easy to locate and the staff at the reception were very helpful and courteous. Hospitality was excellent..even the luggage boys and other cleaning/helping staff or the room service/housekeeping....everybody was very courteous...like this the most. I requested a days extension and got it without much hassle which is much appreciated. Very clean rooms ..food a little pricey but the complimentary breakfast in the adjoining diesel cafe was excellent. The cafe itself has good ambience and good service. All round it was an excellent stay...very good VFM -and definitely recommend to everybody.

Hotel's location is excellent. I had deluxe room booked with breakfast. Check in was smooth, had to ask to change the room as first room which was allocated was dated and not good, got the good room later. Room was clean and well kept. Service was good. Ac and fan both were functional. Breakfast options were limited but good. Wifi had issues most of the time. Hotel has inhouse restaurent, an italian and indian cafe. Evening time was eventful. Lots if food options nearby. Overall good stay and recommend this Hotel Prestige , Mangalore if you want a Hotel Prestige , Mangalore in good location and decent stay.

I went with my family. Warm welcome, room is clean and all services are good. The restaurant attached to Hotel is awesome. Staff in restaurant is very polite and kind. Continental breakfast is free for us. The lunch is very good. Hotel is in right location it visits all popular places like Gokarnath Temple, Punamrbavi Beach, manner have beach, church, Kadri Manjunath temple. The overall stay was good at the Hotel Prestige , Mangalore. One thing was. Room was a bit old if they painted then it will be too good. Thanks to MakeMyTrip.

The reception at the Hotel Prestige , Mangalore was courteous enough to allow me to check in the next day, as I could not check in on the date due to bandh. The Hotel Prestige , Mangalore was in good condition and all the facilities were good value for the money paid. I cannot help but mention about the restaurant attached to the Hotel Prestige , Mangalore, "Deja Vu". I had the best ever Lamb biriyani I have ever had. The fish thali that my wife ordered was also very good. The overall experience here was very good.

The regular rooms are ill lit. Very small tap and looks very old. The bedding is old too. And bathroom looks like it is some 1960's themed. Damped too. The executive room however is cleaner and is well lit. Faces the road. Toiletries were there. Service was good.
The executive rooms are good but the regular ones are unworthy of the money. Executive rooms are clean, though the rooms are quite old. The regular rooms are dim lit. The bedding is bad and bathroom very old.

Everything was good. The smell of the naphthalene is too much. I suggest you to use a better natural insecticide. The overall experience was good. Parking is limited and is on the road side.

I have travelled most of the world and was so very pleased to get such courteous and personalised service from so small a Hotel Prestige , Mangalore. If only all Hotel Prestige , Mangalores would copy this then travel would be such a pleasure. I have rebooked myself in the same Hotel Prestige , Mangalore for my visit in mid July too. Great food served with love is its USP. Keep it up guys, as an Indian I am proud of you.

They even upgraded my room. The food at Diesel restaurant was very good and the location is very convenient to most of the places in Mangalore.

The deluxe room i booked. Very nice staff and a good environment. God bless them. Alhamdulillah. No single issue i faced. They even shared a water bottle and tea, coffee powder for the budget room.

Well maintained. Friendly staff. And excellent complimentary breakfast. Son enjoyed the Bath tub. All this in a budgeted room. Areas of improvement. Covered car parking is a definite need. As the Hotel is pretty old. Electrical and plumbing needs renovation. The bulbs in our room used to flicker and sink tap moves to direction as you operate.

Food is very testy and lot of variety. Pleasant stay.
