The stay was average for the price. Water jug and glasses were old. Blankets were itchy. The staff was cordial and food was good.

I am disappointed with Make my trip. in the booking site it was showing AC room and in the voucher it is showing Non AC room.. what the game is going on.. Make my trip need to update.. they cannot bluff the customer.. I will never book with Make my trip.. I want the refund for this stay.. totally disappointed

lift is a measure problem in this hotel lift start after climbing two floor which a very very unconvinced for older people

There is no any kind of facility for Driver.. as driver is playing main roll while any kind of businessman.. there have refused to give any kind of dormitory for my driver .. also not understanding my situation.. secondly MMT should have question list that are you travailing with driver or not .. it will help to choose the hotel as those have dormitory that hotel we can choose.. need to improve for MMT , hope MMT will think on this and take this as good service to the client ..

Wonderful stay, the food was also amazing, the staff's nature was also good and great, not much far from mulund area and all necessary needs nearby

This is my second time staying at this property and my experience has always been amazing, overall property is really good staff is very helpful and the rooms are well maintained. Would definitely recommend it

Average stay, i faced one issue on when i reached the hotel, booking time am requesting for early check in but they regret, and they not informed me also before. After 2. 30 hrs they arranged room for me, food also avarage, room service boys are very good guys and very supportive

The property was location wise good if you planning to stay in Bhandup West. The room service could have been better.A small sized lift available but for that you have to climb 1 floor. So better plan if going with aged people.

I wanted to stay for four days, but there were so many stairs . My mom is handicapped and she had tough time using those stairs. So I stayed one day and left the room and informed the receptionist. They asked me to get refund but I was not able to connect with anyone for my three days refund. So this was not a great experience. If I would get refund for three days that would be great. Pls contact
