Hotel Pride Icon - SG Highway

The room allotted was very unhygienic I had done the bookings atleast 10 days prior..! Still when asked if there is any other room the request was denied. Washroom was pathetic . Found cockroaches on bed..! Room was small. The rooms are not as per the picture shown

This is not even a hotel. It is just few rooms created in an office space. Family should not visit. It is a shady hotel and not at all safe. This should not be listed on MakeMyTrip. MMT please check hotels before listing. After this experience I will never trust MakeMyTrip.
