Room was very small with no working AC.felt uncomfortable at the location and had reception persons asked many questions

I had a very pleasant 3-night stay at this hotel. It struck a great balance between comfort, service, and value. Service: Staff were always friendly and eager to help. Check-in was quick, and they even upgraded me to a room with a view for free. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of privacy. Room: My room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed.

Property situated only 2 km from csmt station.Bath room was not clean, broken toilet cover , broken bathroom sealing. Room was okay

I visited this hotel with my father, and my experience was extremely disappointing. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed there was no fan, there were a lot of mosquitoes, and the room was very dirty. The pillows, bed sheets, and blankets had a terrible smell and were in unhygienic condition. When I went to take a bath, I was shocked to find dirt and insects floating in the bucket water absolutely disgusting. When we informed the reception about these issues, the boy at the counter said that their hotel is good and they would not change the room. The bathroom was dirty and unpleasant, and the whole room felt very uncomfortable. inside the hotel, it felt unsafe and unpleasant. I will never book this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. This was a very bad experience.

i order non veg food they give vegetables and i request them to change but they didn't listen to then i didn't get dinner and lunch then breakfast is also very poor... i spent extra money for food around RS 800

The hotel is located in very congested area, the connecting road is one way we have to walk through Hotel almost 500 m from the main road, the reception person presenting himself the manager, his mouth was full of tobacco, not unable to speak and explain about the Room category, which I have booked as I have booked the deluxe room, please show the room. The room was thinking AC was not working. There is water leakage from AC. Too many mosquitoes inside the room cleaning was not done. We have to ask for water kettle kit that he denied that this service has been stopped. Somehow we tried to settle down and he came with his assistant and asked us to allow him to block his washroom with bad towel due to rain outside and rain get overflow and water can accommodate it inside the room, so I ask him for for that he charge me extra 700 and the room was on third floor. The second room bed was too messy, full of dirt and stain spot There is a smoking smell inside the room Somehow we get settled down in the morning when I went to the reception, ask for breakfast so well. Manager informed me that my breakfast is not included in the plan when I have shown him payment on which he mentioned that his system is not working and it has been Updated in AP plan, not in CP plan. Almost half an hour argument agreed to provide breakfast and very angry way, I was having to catch, so we left the breakfast and left the hotel. I can be request. MakeMyTrip do not mention so many facilities which was not available or first check with the partner Hotel then only advertise hotel in your website.

Too hard to locate the hotel, No transportation, Charging for water as well which should be complimentary, walls of room are not good , room is smelling badly, AC not working properly, TV also not working properly Also whatever amenities are mentioned in description none of them are actually provided

The staff of the hotel are very rude in nature and the hygiene is totally bad. The staff always argue with the guests

Room was very small in size and the TV connection not working. As there is no ventilation facility available so it's feel saffocation.

Unfortunately the hotel didn’t allow me to stay because I have not confirmed in advance that I am coming although I have already paid which seems not good enough for confirmation. MakeMyTrip does not have any option for remedy as well. MakeMyTrip and Prime residency both have let me down.

Mentioned at the time of booking that they’ll provide mineral water, but they were given Aqua guard water. On the name of toiletries they’ve provided only soap (medimix small) & shampoo (1 rs sachet). Very poor for cleanliness. We got bedding set with many stains & also somewhere torn. In the toilet only 1 light. Really very terrible for family, if you’re traveling solo it’s ok who are ok to walking & travel. No taxi comes inside you need to go outside only. All staffs are good but they need to upgrade their hotel.

The hotel was completely unhygienic, cockroaches were roaming around and the washroom did not have much of a space. Have opted in and paid for breakfast but unfortunately the hotel doesn't have the provision to survey breakfast. Completely disappointed with this and highly not recommended to anyone.
