Hotel Pritam Palace

The level of comfort was average at room and food was good like home made food. I stayed there in non ac eco room with my wife.

Hotel rooms were good. Reception was disorganized. Despite of showing them the booking confirmation mail it took a long time for getting the room

Excellent staff and food quality is good.

The hotel manager was very bad. He kept my driving license for hours and later i need to give him a photocopy of the driving license from my end. The manager talked very harshly and told me that you cannot stay beyond night as you need to give full 1 day rent if i stayed even for more time. Hence very bad experience. Not recommended and very bad behaviour of the manager and the staff was very careful that i should not leave the hotel without giving the keys. I need to checkout from the hotel at morning because of the behaviour.

Affordable rooms. Very near to bus station. Neat and clean rooms, no air-conditioning, no breakfast facilities, no warm water facilities. But it is in mainly near to main bus stand, that's why it very much approached.

It was a pleasant stay at Hotel Pritam Palace Hisar, it's just next to bus stand, which is a positive for visitor and even near to station. Taste of food was a concern there. Rest all was OK. It's a good hotel great location few steps away from bus stand. Tasty food and rates are reasonable. Good and supportive staff. Rooms are good and neat and clean. I recommend this hotel and it's value for money.
