Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel)

The property is located in the most exotic location possible with a view of small hills and greenery until your sight reaches. But, this is accompanied with poor management, I also think short staff and very poor service. We booked 5 rooms about 3 weeks in advance yet we were allocated 2 rooms in one building and 3 in the other with no lifts in the buildings. We had to walk down 3 and walk up 3 floors to be with each other. Everything, from water to bellboys took from 30-60 minutes to reach us. ACs in 4 of our 5 rooms were repaired post we checked in. There was a mosquito in the childs milk and yet everybody thought it wasnt a big deal. The soup came in a quantity similar to complimentary chutney! After a lot of noise we were given a private dinner to make our misery of being stuck there a little less but I would only like to holiday in a property where there aren't issues in the first place, making up should not be an option. Not recommended until they work on the service.

Stayed in the Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel) for 2 nights the Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel)s in regards to location. Is the best I had stayed before some 5 years back but felt sad to see the condition of the Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel), now it's in bad shape, staff at front desk is not at all mannered and don't have a friendly attitude towards the guests, I had issues relating to services and facilities, finally I had to take the step to complaint to MMT only then I was provided with the requisite this should not happen in a service industry. I really regret and I would like the management to kindly have an inside of the property and make necessary improvements it's small but it matters a lot for a guest. This is not a complaint but my suggestions.

The unassuming Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel) (yet quiet, well apportioned, maintained and modern )property is located in the heart of the affluent South Delhi area. The convenience of the location far exceeded my expectations. Located very close to the back door of the popular M-Block Market,all conceivable amenities like cyber cafes, cafes, restaurants (belonging to national and international chains), chemist's stores, convenience stores and even bars and tobacconists/paan shops (for those who indulge in such things) all are almost literally a stone's throw away. With three taxi/auto stops right near it's doorway, and it's own taxi service, the business property offered at the budget rates surprising for it's location, is unbeatable at that price.

The view from the Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel) was awesome ,but our expectation regarding the Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel) room and other small things like creations was not met. There was rustiness at door handle, the room lights were not working when we checked in (though that was corrected later in the day), there was no facilities for outdoor sports. Lastly the breakfast on first 2 days were not up to any standard, though last day it was much better overall though we enjoyed our trip, I felt the location of the Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel) was far away from the north and the south and travelling was very expensive. But the staff was very courtiers and helpful.

It doesn't sound good when you are asked to wait to enter your room when you have made a booking a day prior to your visit and when you are checking in at 2. Such things should be avoided. Overall value for money. However, the rooms are not big in size and the LCD is not placed well and is a little away from your head direction. I am sure they can improve. Location wise it's a good place due to its proximity to GK1. Parking however is a pain. Just no place!

Clean and spacious rooms, bathroom is clean and decent size but I suggest a sliding glass panel to prevent shower water from spilling over. Service is quick. Front desk, security, courteous and helpful. Housekeeping needs to have more eye for detail- ensure complimentary water bottles, stirrer for tea, in place when getting room ready for a new guest. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel) is on the main road of GK1 just outside the M block market. It is really a nice and budget Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel). The rooms are good and clean. I ordered chilly cheese toast from the restaurant but it was too oily, so I was not satisfied with the food. Overall a good and safe Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel).

Overall it's a satisfying stay. The location is good and rooms are good too. I felt the value for money. Service could be improved and facilities could be improved too. Cleanliness is good but have some aspects where Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel) should improve such as lobby and rooms through cleaning. Staff were friendly and polite.

Excellent location with M block popular market right behind with lots of shopping and dining options. Courteous and well trained staff, just that room needs a little repair on the chair upholstery. Rest thumbs up, needs improvement in breakfast menu.

The location is good, everything was nearby us .. Shopping market, food restaurants, bard etc were all nearby us .. The Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel) have good ambience & fast service, the breakfast is also good .. Overall good experience

The Hotel is Walking distance from GK-1, M block. Clean, big and spacious rooms. Good staff response. The Hotel serves only vegetarian food but the food was good and also there are a lot of eat outs at walking distance from the Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel) if you are looking for non vegetarian food.

Good rooms with lovely location. There is market around the Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel) which makes it easy to find lovely good options and cafes. The price is good and it’s a new property. There are good facilities and friendly staff.

It was nice staying there as Hotel Private Affair (A Boutique Hotel) was very near to main market. Staff was good. Very good connectivity also. Hotel was also very nice.

I stayed here for 3 days. It was a great experience. Though I would like to point out that there was water clogging in the bathroom. Cleanliness could've been a bit better. There were coffee, sugar, tea, and milk powder but no kettle. Had to ask the staff for everything let it be soap, slippers, kettle, hairdryer, towels.
