Hotel Priya Palace

For business and solo travellers i just want to say that this is a decent Hotel Priya Palace in the budget category. I had stayed for 2 nights in an executive room and the room was spacious and decently clean with a spacious and clean bathroom which are my main priorities. But if you are looking at great services then you will have to go to a star Hotel Priya Palace because the staff here is very amateur and not trained properly. Services lacking, also better to have breakfast either outside or ala carte. But overall i will give it a 3. 7/ 3. 8.

Location is good that's why from many years we are staying at this Hotel Priya Palace for stay. Food is good but not as per menu card. Hotel is clean. Service is alright. Behavior of staff is very good. However, ac in the room is of very old model and placed very uncomfortable which causes inconvenience. We have suggested the change in our last stay also but management is not very responsive to update according to suggestion. There is scope of improvement in this respect.

Hello, it was my first experience of Hotel Priya Palace booking. At first i was confuse which website or app is best for it then i thought of trying bookmytrip app as i have seen lots of advertisement about it. Now, after successful trip i can cordially say that it was really nice app which help me a lot to find Hotel Priya Palace at reasonable price. And Hotel Priya Palace was better than i expected. Highly recommended to use this app or website. Just go for it.

Very good location. Opposite to p c jewelers in g s road, 100 mtr from the lachit nagar foot bridge. All necessary shops and eateries are avaialble nearby. Staffs are polite and helpful. Room is large in size, adequate space in toilet along-with hot water. Electric kettle is available. Two chairs, almirah, table, tv, shoe rack. All available. Complimentary breakfast is simple but it's ok. Can travel easily to any location in the city. Food quality is good.

My stay for 2 days was pleasant overall however, i missed one complimentary breakfast as i was not informed by the staff that i personally have to go restaurant and self serve. I was waiting for the breakfast in my room till 10:40am and when i called the reception, i was informed that i have to go to restaurant, when i reached the restaurant the breakfast i was informed that the break timing was 7am to 10:30am.

We have enjoyed our stay at Hotel Priya Palace priya palace. The location of the Hotel Priya Palace is in the heart of the city. The rooms are neat and clean. There is enough parking place. All the employees of the Hotel Priya Palace are well-mannered. I recommend Hotel Priya Palace priya palace to people visiting guwahati.

Location is very good. Food is delicious as always. Service very prompt and satisfactory.
The lobby, reception and rooms are well sanitized. Housekeeping and Room service staffs wearing masks. Felt safe staying in this Hotel Priya Palace. I will recommend it to family and friends anyday. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻

It is in the heart of the city, everything is nearby, all the shops & restaurants are just walk in distance. 1hr. Distance from guwahati airport. The Hotel Priya Palace is near the main road & they have place for car parking. Rooms are clean enough. Service is good. Staffs are co operative. I loved my stay.

It's a nice stay at priya palace, the staff's behaviour is very polite and humble. Rooms are clean. The only thing is that the food rate is very costly. Please look into this. Rest is absolutely fine. Overall i have enjoyed staying there.

Room water heater is not working. Without solving the issue Hotel Priya Palace closed the complaint. Very bad experience in food delivery time. They are taking a hour time to serve the food. Need more attention on this.
