The room was smelly. They didn't bother to clean the room even after asking for multiple times. There was no amenities. Their hospitality is too disappointing to be claiming as a three star hotel

familyI order breakfast at around 8am then it didn’t reach my room at all upon checking the staff informed me to go and have buffet in 2nd floor. The bf was not included with my room and wanted to order in the room but after 1 hour they declined the order and the staff totally ignored my request which is so unprofessional.
