Hotel Queen Palace

No room service is the biggest drawback and no hospitality is found! Staff never welcome guest and assist! 😇

Room was average and bathroom doors damaged. They are not providing basic amenities like dental kid,etc

The amount that I paid for the hotel was not worth it. The staff was not very welcoming or helpful. Me and my family felt the racism not just in hotel but in the restaurant below the hotel. We asked for towel change and water bottle in afternoon but never recieved it so at night after complaining we were given towel change and a water bottle. during check-out we asked by one of the staff for a service tip but we never got any service from them. The only service we got was while check-out 1 suitcase was dragged by the staff out of 4 suitcase to the main gate. Just for that we were asked for service tip. The hotel looks like it got renovated but rooms and bathroom had smell in them, AC was not working properly in one of the rooms, walls have seepage marks. My suggestion to people who are selecting this hotel should consider it if they are getting rooms between rs. 900 to 1600 or else there are other good hotels near by. The only thing I liked about hotel is its location which is near to bus stand and temple.

Very good experience.. clean room, good staff, happy stay!! the hotel is around a kilometre away from the temple and the area is peaceful...

so nice.neat and clean hygienic. they have main cleanness. Also the basic amenities were good.

Parking space was the only good thing in the hotel, rooms were stinging and untidy... Bathroom was pathetic 😑

Bathroom doors were broken from down side. Hot water was not available in mrng shower was not proper second day no cleaning was done. Compliment water was not bislery or Aquafina. It was local bisleri, while v purchased extra bisleri from hotel then they provided aquafina bisleri. Not good experience after spending so much amt. Overall staff was good and calm

Rooms were stinking, bath rooms are pathetic. Ac’s were not working. Only advantage is, hotel is close to temple.

Location wise good but the hotel is very old. Even no phone in room. Car parking is available and services ok.

Pro’s - spacious room, near bus stand & connected with highway. Con’s - service was bad, intercom not working & staff not responsive.

The hotel is located at a perfect location, i. E, 2km from the temple. Rooms are neat and clean, but everything is old and rusted. Rooms smell of seepage and leakage. 4k for such rooms is high.

Hotel had no restaurant, hotel had no upkeep, no kettle or tea provision in room. People were good though. Rating should be downgraded to 1 star

The hotel was okay types only. Too costly for the rate they charge and they are better hotels offering more luxury at the same rate in the vicinity. The hotel promised a restaurant and that was one of the reasons why we booked and when we went, we were in for a rude shock when the owner said that they don’t have a restaurant and it’s been closed for past 3 years. With a 2 year old kid, it was a harrowing experience travel-ling every time for food.

Pros- rooms were spacious cons- 1)very dirty and stinking bathrooms. 2)bedsheets used were old with dirt and wet marks in it. 3)floor was not properly cleaned with lot of dust. 4)rude and unfriendly receptionists. 5) no security to facilitate car parking. 6) not on walkable distance from the temple. Over the hotel management has totally ignored all aspects of running the hotel. When asked at the reception regarding the basic cleanliness, reply from the receptionist was they are about to change the management. One word- pathetic!

good stay Good for family No food water is a little salt .

No restaurant no room service dustbin not cleaned white towels, dirty. Bedsheets, pillow covers and comforter, were rough a/c, wire was hanging loose it is not worth the price, at all.

Staff behavior was not good, room and wash room was not hygiene. Over all my experience is not good, i will not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was good; it was in a convenient location, making the trip to the temple very quick. There was ample space for my car, and they also provided cleaning supplies for it. However, the hotel stay was not worth what we paid. We were 9 adults and 2 kids, and although they provided an extra mattress, there were no bedsheets or pillows. In the bathroom, the jet pipe was broken, so we had to use a mug for our daily routine. I did not expect these issues given the price we paid.

Location is very good. On the highway. 3km from main temple. Restaurant not available. Rooms are specious and clean but bathroom fittings are not working. Need improvement and also a tea maker should provide in every room
