Overall good clean, and near by Surat railway station no need to take auto, it's only 5 minutes walkable from Surat station. My experience in the morning I went in the Hotel R B Residency after we forget to register my name before I got the room, I kept my bag and gone for business meeting after In the evening I came at Hotel R B Residency I found my bag in the reception so I told why my bag is there. So reception guys told me.. Sorry sir because we not registered in book that's why we forget... After he give me deluxe room thank you... And my bag also safe. Over all good nr. Railway station Surat Gujarat.

I have stayed at the Hotel R B Residency with my brother for 2 days while on work related visit to Surat and we found the place to be worth for money. They were renovating their couple of rooms because of which we had to bear a lot of noise in the morning and afternoon and we were highly angry about this but when we told about this to manager he was very apologetic and offered to change the room but we anyway had to leave on that day so we did not change the room. Leaving that apart everything is worth the money in this Hotel R B Residency. PS try to stay at floors above first floor to have less noise.

It was pleasant and healthy environment to stay. It was near to the railway station so convenient to reach. You can go even by walking from the railway station. It was cheap and worth visit. It is near to bus station also. Even hospital is there in the building for any emergency issues. Service and customer care people are very awesome and friendly. It is near to teeth beach and wilson hills. You can go by bike. Interiors are good.

I liked the approach of the employees specially because I am a Single Lady Traveler and am always worried of the place of stay to be hygienic and decent. I found Courteous Room Service and very Spacious Room. The food was great. And the Stay was too comfortable to forget. It was memorable stay even when it was completely Company work for a prominent Group of our Clients in Rajkot.

In my breakfast bill Hotel R B Residency staff has added lunch bill which was not served as I was out of city for my business meeting. Hotel staff was not ready to accept his mistake when I asked him has he served the lunch to me at that time he was unanswerable. Manager said sorry to me & requested not to make a complaint about this.

We went to give exam in Surat and this place was good for stay, renewed Room with Wall color and infra. My wife like the place, I didn't because that room was suffocating and had window near the staircase which you cannot because anyone can jump in the room. Would not Suggest non A/C room.

A very comfortable stay and good food added to an overall enjoyable trip to Jaipur. Room size is good. Location was good and morning breakfast so nice. Service support was very good. Staff is very helpful and friendly in nature. I suggest to our friend to stay in this Hotel R B Residency.

The rooms are excellent. The best thing of the fab Hotel R B Residency is its location. All the primary things are nearby to us like the Restaurants, cafe, Hotel R B Residency, bus stop, banks, malls, hospital. So, anyone would like to spend more time with the facilities of these things.

Overall it was fine. Good for stay with family. More important is it is near railway station and proper in the city so we xan get transportation on time to go anywhere anytime. Staff is well dressed and well manners
