Hotel Raaj Bhaavan - Nungambakkam

Property is not well maintained and looking old. First room offered to us was smelling very bad and they have changed room which is ok. Bed is pretty hard and both bed n bedsheets are looking pretty old. Pillows are out of shape and not looked good (didn’t touch them). Only one towel was there in the room and bathroom is ok. No soap holder in the bathroom n used ventilator window to keep the soap. Though we have planned to stay overnight initially, we have vacated the room due to the room condition by evening.

Room was not neat, it was full of dust. There was some bad smell, and the food was not good.

The washroom was very bad. Had to change rooms multiple times. The room appears to have 4-5 yrs old paint with tons of marks and stains.

Lot of bed bugs in pillow and mattress. Even after changing room the issue was bit resolved but not completely.

Room not clean tv not working service poor room rent more not satisfied. Next time i won't do hotel booking

Had a very good stay, able to reach local places and foods, my friend suggested to me and yeah it was a great experience!

The restaurant below is really good. But the rooms are very old and unhygienic and there is no proper room service. The location is good for those who come for biometrics or us visas.

I was scared to enter the hotel, the vibe of the hotel was not good. The area is good but the hotel feels secluded. Cleanliness was okay, 5 out of 10. Will not recommend to anyone

Prevention of musckitoes, cockcroches bites not maintained and also hot water not available.

Great support from the staff whenever contacted but the hotel definitely needs improvement. There was an issue with the water heater, hence staff had to supply hot water from the ground floor. This sort of delayed our time when we wanted to leave early to explore the city. The tv and ac were not working completely. The hotel attached to this property is good. It could have a great experience if these things are addressed or at-least the prices are revised till then & the customers are made aware upfront while booking the rooms.

Room could have been much cleaner including washroom. I felt like everything was stinky. Lift wasn’t working either. Little noisy place.

Worst experience, no hygiene and full of bugs and very bad smell, no water bottle and bed is another level of hell, ac and room very old one with full bad smell.

Booked for3 guest but we got room for 2 guest. Very less electrical ports to use
