we booked room 10 days prior in raaj pearl hotel , but they said rooms are not available and given room at another location and said rooms are booked what a terrible response from those guys , i request to everyone bfore reaching this hotel better to confirm prior even you booked a room

I stayed in reception for more than 30 minutes for room allotment problem with AC and geyser working

location is very difficult to find out. No food is served. Even one bottle of water had to be laid extra. Air-conditioning is pathetic. Once the power supply foes out ac unit will not work automatically on power coming back and we have to contact the hotel employees for redemption of AC. The bed spreads etc are not cleaned properly.

Raaj pearl is a very small and minimalist hotel. If you're looking for luxury or ambience this isn't the place for you, but it is good value for your money. This was the third time i stayed there due to its convenient location.

Hotel raaj peral is so good location. There staff are so kind man. And hotel raaj pearl room facility so good and cleaning.

poor service and not a peaceful sleep because of shouting and knocking the doors it is a very horrible stay.. how come make my trip suggest the hotel in the list.

Hotel staff is cordial and helpful, moreover they can understand & speak hindi which is a big relief for a non-native language speaker.

The property's location is extremely hard to find. Google maps takes you to a different location on entering property's given address. Hotel is actually located inside the puma building. There is a very small board of the hotel name. Even after reaching puma building, you need to walk many steps inside an alley to reach the hotel. There is no room service - such as tea etc.

I stayed for one night only, their response is ok but slow. The room space was enough for two members.

Staffs behaviour is very good and rooms are neat and clean. It would be great if they provide water without cost.

It is located in a prime location in chennai, i have been using this place to stay for last 3 to 4 years. Atleast 2 to 3 times a year. The quality of maintenance is just degrading day by day. Last time itself i have noticed and i just gave one more try but this time it is terrible to stay. Ac is not up to mark, room cleanliness is not so great. Blankets and bath towels are the most worst and old materials in the room. Had very bad experience overall staying over here. I can consider this only for the sake my office is just a few steps away. Otherwise i will ever take another chance to stay at this place.
