Hotel Radha Raman Seva Dham by WB Inn

Very bad experience not proper maintain room service lift not working washroom not well. Payment very high but not well service

I stayed for 1 night with my family at hotel radha raman seva dham, vrindavan. This place is nothing like a hotel. Room was filthy and full of cockroaches and mosquitos. Bathroom didn't had any hanger or any soap keeping place. Almirah in the room was so dirty that you cannot think of even keeping your sleepers. So how can you think to keep your clothes. My stay experience was terrible.

While reaching the hotel, they denied the stay and told that they have not received any voucher from makemytrip. Moreover they asked to go somewhere else and find any other hotel. It was a horrible experience and i would request everyone that never book this hotel

Room cleaning is not good. Bad behaviour by from staff. the bed sheet is very dirty.

An apartment type building with no receptionist, no food, no tv. Cleaning and up keeping is horrible. The staff there himself suggested that if you have not paid then look for some alternate accommodation. Most horrific was that the owner of the building was having clash among their family members and they were beating a door of a room by chanting the words like let him die. Were also threatening the guests to stay way.

Room condition was not good, room service was also very poor, very loud music and disturbance was there so we could not sleep well and due to some construction work, the workers were working there, they dropped lot of concrete splatters on my car and when i said owner to clean mu car, they totally refused and said what can they do about that. So totally its was very bad experience

rooms and property is different from what shown in pics and are in pathetic condition, lot of monkeys, smelling rooms with no hygiene. I wish i could get some return from my payment because of this disappointing experience.

Firstly, stop calling it a hotel. It is probably just a paying guest facility. No parking. Poor cleanliness. No hot water in the bathroom. The building owners are staying within the premises and conducting their activities, oblivious to the presence of customers/guests. Rating the food is not possible as we didn't get any.

I find it good lt in good location

Washrooms are very small and unhygienic.

Imressed with the overall cleanliness in the hotel.

Good location. Staff was amicable. Service was good. Would recommend stay with the hotel.
